Wanted to know who owns this number.

these are middle eastern scammers with thick accents who claim they work for some law office and are threatening to put you in jail for some payday loan company of which i have never heard of. when i asked them to give me the address and phone number of the company, they said that they couldn't give me that info. BEWARE!

I asked for the name and address of the company too.  They gave it to me, but in their native tongue.  lol

What a joke.  They told me that the prosecutor had a case against me.  I asked for the prosecutor's name, they put me on hold and came back and said..."You are the prosecutor."  LMAO!

A man named "Jerry," with a thick Indian or possibly Pakistani accent, called and said that my husband got a payday loan from their "client" and that he would have charges for internet fraud and bank fraud brought against him and demanded immediate payment.  I asked for the bank account number and he gave me a non-existent number. He said the name of his company is "Law Firm Hutchinson and Co."  I asked for his phone number and told him I wanted all of the information in writing so that I could submit it for investigation.  He said he would send it in writing. I did call back his number and a woman answered and just said "Hello."  I asked if I had reached a business and she said yes.  I asked for name of business and she repeated "Law Firm Hutchinson and Co." I reiterated that they gave me a fraudulent bank account number and that no deposits had ever been made from any payday loan into any account we have.  They try to cut you off from asking questions by asking "Have you ever taken out a payday loan in your life?" etc... Obviously reading from a script.

These damn DOT heads. They think they can get over on me? Please! They called me months ago and told me that I owe them some ridiculous amount of money and that if it was not paid that I would be taken to jail. I never had a pay day loan and on top of that the account they were telling me I took the loan out on had been closed for almost a year and the loan was supposidly taken out in January. I double checked with my bank and they could not pull any information up having to do with a pay day loan. It's all a scam. You can't even understand them... anyone that falls for there scam has to be plain old stupid...LOL  I told the dot head that if he came to this country he could go to law school and actually become a lawyer.lol

Received a call from Jack Dawson on my voce mail at work and he precceded in his message to refer to a case number and he gave me a number and also said that if I didnt not call him back by the end of the day then he would send my file to the courts.  At the end of the call he refered to himself as Oficer Jack Dawson.  I am not calling it back I dont where he from or what he is refering too.  It sounded like he was on a cell phone and driving or something, he soununded far away.

I have gotten 2 calls from these people one and work and one on my cell phone.  They called me at work on my work phone so I gave my cell number to get them off of my work number.  Anyway they called me today on my cell and said they were with Hutchinson and Company... a law firm and that I got a payday loan from EZ Payday and i told him i did not so he proceeded to tell me my email address, mailing address, name of the company I work for and alot of other information and the only way i believe they got it is either from the credit bureau or in the past i did apply online for a payday loan and i was denied and they were able to get my information.  I told him that I believed he was part of a scam and I didnot owe EZ payday and I was not paying anyone anything and he proceeded to talk over me and i disconnected the call.

I called the number back and spoke with a Jack Dawson, a Gary White and a Patricia Smith (not their real names). They speak with a heavy East Indian accent and they claim that I owe them $738 for a payday loan from a "EZ Payday Loan Company" in New York and I should get my attorney to return their call. I don't live in New York and have never used a payday loan. But what was scary is that they had intimate information about me and a family member. I filed a compliant with the FTC. Blocked this number, so now their calling from 516-568-5225

Patricia Lopez called fro Hutchinson Law Firm today claiming I defaulted on a payday loan that I never took out.  She stated there is a law suit against me and that she could help me.
