These Indian scumbags put false payday loan applications on the internet, when you apply the take your information and use it for their extortion.  DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME, DO NOT TALK TO THEM, DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS.
One of them goes by the name Alex Matthews LMAO, he's an Indian accented piece of s***.  He uses foul language, can barely speak english and he's a du****it as well.  
They'll go away, just ignore them.  With any luck, India will fall off the map soon and we'll be rid of these a***oles!

This number has been calling me a lot and this last time they actually left a threatening message. I really need to know who this number belongs to.

This number called my job threating that i bet to call them now yelling in the phone making threats this is an government phone. I would like to press charges this is illegal to call my place of work.

I keep getting calls from this unknown number.

I have received tons of calls from this number as well as the following numbers that read the same script to me every time.I know I don't owe anyone anything so every time they start calling me from a new phone number I play a audio clip of a police scanner sound effect and let it play in the background.I saw hell and then "this call is being recorded for security purposes" after that no one calls me from that number again.They just wait a few weeks and start back up from a new phone number!! Here is the list of known scammer numbers I have so far.If nothing else you will know to just ignore their call.AND if you ever did take out a payday loan and defaulted it would end up on your credit report!! If you ever took one out and paid it then you know the company you dealt with and can contact them directly.If you never had a loan at all then don't worry too much. Don't let these people scare you.After further research I have learned that most of the people trying to scam this way have either hacked or bought loan application data people have submitted or applied for or they buy old collection account people owe on or may have owed on in past years.Even if you applied for something online and never used it or were not approved these hackers can still get access to your info. PLEASE USE CAUTION ALWAYS AND IF YOU MUST APPLY FOR ANY FORM OF CREDIT DO SO AT A PHYSICAL ADDRESS NOT OVER THE INTERNET!!

Just got  Cll from  914-373-7034, to get my lawer info stating i was being charged for 3 diffent acount stating that they had infor mation that i took out a payday loan. they have my ss number and bank info.
also last mount got the same crap from number214-989-6852.

they called me today sayin i own them 15000 dollars and someone will be out to my house to pick me up tp see a judge... i told them how do i own yall that i nevergot... i also told them to send me out some information about were i got this money from and whom i old it to and he told me that he cant do that so if u cant do that how can you say i own you that much money... you have to some me some papers sayin something... so i guess im do wat pj did and block the number....

I've been receiving calls from this number saying that there was a legal action filed against me for a payday loan.  That if I did not settle I would go to jail.  Once told them that I had filed a police report from this number they hanged up.

They had been calling me laughing saying I am going to go to jail over a loan, I never had.. They are so ignorant.  To stop them from calling, just call them back over and over again and let them see how annoying they are. I just laugh at them I also have been recording there calls because I am reporting them to the police....

i got a call from these people also the bad part is i did get a payday loan not from who they were saying it was from. the guy could not tell me how much the loan was for or when i got it.but he did say that it was back in february.he had all my information where i work and everything he said i owed these people 8000.00 i told him you are telling a lie. he told me i was being recorded,someone would be at my house or job to serve me papers and i would go to jail for 30 days.he also said they have been trying to contact me they have sent me 13 e-mails which is a lie,cause i open just about everthing i get.where do i go from here?

They are crazy. When I told them my husband works for the Sheriff's Dept. They got really scared and hung up on me.

These asshats used to  call me at least 20 times a day.No matter how many times I  would tell them that they have the wrong number they wouldn't stop. I finally agreed to listen to the crap they had to say and they said something about being with the FBI and someone was going to come and arrest the person they were calling for about a unpaid debt..After informing them I didn't owe anyone anything they threatened to rape me,beat me,kill my family and so on.O.o Now I know I don't owe anyone anything because other than my car note I pay for everything in cash. So now when then call me I answer and turn on an audio sound effect of a police scanner in the back ground and inform them this call is being recorded. The one number that used to call has stopped and every time they call from a new number this little trick seems to work!! lol

Yes this is a scam. If they are really collecting a debt. They're in very serious violations with the Fair Collection Act. I been threaten for some thing I do not even owe. They are very abusive and any credit collection company that is legit. Will not threaten you at all. The legit agency will give their name and number in non broken English.
The phone calls are coming from India and via connection with a sever from New York. There will be a 3 second delay between you talking to them and answer back. I told them there is no way I am giving out ANY banking information. I did give them a gift card number when I was in a store. I wonder if TGI Fridays delivers that far away.  
 They do use different phone numbers and all claim be from NY. Do not give them any information. Just tell them that you are Jose Cuervo. They can call this number to get a hold of X.. (202) 324-3000. Or (212) 384-1000. Please make sure you talk to them for several minutes.

We got the same kind of call and they have been calling almost everyday. It is scary the information they have on you though. Most of it was acurate.

i got this call today and its like the 4th one to call me saying I have taken out a payday loan and Im being sued with 3 criminal charges against me.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!! Hi, I worked for a ligigation company and we do collections for diferents companies such as cashcall or moneyloan these are loan that people take over internet or payday loans, so here it is if they are calling you and you don'ty have anything to do with that you can report them to the BBB.org or to your local authorities, this is going on now and it's totally illiegal, We are legit and have all client's name and offcial information such as contacts and there is also by law restrictions on who to call and times to call. We dont threat or tell them that we'll send the police that's illegal in all states. So watch out!!! dont let them intimidate you! We I call a debtor they are expecting my call and they know what is all about, I don't threat them or even rraise my voice with them I helped them come to a mutual agreement to get back on track in their financial life. They called my 19 year old son and totally freaked him out.  They told him he was going to go to jail. I called back and told them if they call him again they will have a HUGE problem.

OMG.  That is the exact thing that happened to me this morning.  They could not tell me a date of the payday loan.  Or the exact amount.  Threatened jail.  when I would say something they would get mad and say let them finish.  Now they give me an hour to get info faxed to their lawyer, credit card info and everything.  His name was david cooper.  and had and indian accent as well.

i received so many calls from this number last week, every single day, all day they are non stop calling me saying I owe them money from a payday loan at US cash for 1600 that i never got.  They even called my mom's house.  They left me voice messages threatening me if I don't fax over my credit card info to pay my balance they will have me arrested at work and tell my work what I have done.  They even said along with me they are going to take my husband and some other person's name that i haven't heared in my life.  Everytime i call the number back it's disconnected.  They keep telling me also that if i don't fax over my info...they wish me luck and will suffer the consequences.  They have all my info, my home address, my parents home address and SSN.  I had my husband called them a couple of times preteding he was my lawyer, they kept hanging up on him and won't give him any info, like my case number or their businness license number, etc.  Person has a strong Indian accent..name Keith Nelson from Anderson and Anderson law office or New York Law office.    These people need to get what they deserve.

I have recieved calls from these people and I have gotten tired of them calling me telling me I owe them money and I also told me to send me the information showing that I owe money and they said that they can't do that and I told them well if they can't send me any information about whom I am suppose to owe I can't give them information about me and I told them to stop calling and they still call so what I did I just block all numbers that they call me from and they will soon run out of numbers before I run out of blocks . So just block the numbers !

I received the same calls from these people a few days ago , same scenario this indian accented woman left me the same message threatening me by saying she would send someone to arrest me I sarcasiclly said to her (I live in GA and you are going to send someone from NY here to arrest me). when the caller first called they said the were from a new york police dept. said that they had a lawsuit against me ,when I asked who had taken out the lawsuit on me "I kept on asking several times and they would not respond" then she said I am transfering you to someone else , it was a male indian accented person. I then called my local police an officer came to my home and I played the message for him that was left on my machine , the officer asked me if I had tried to call the caller back, I said no but did so while the officer was present , the recepiant on the other end answered ?????? law firm , and not the new york police dept. as they stated when they called me. they also asked me if  ###-##-#### was my social and had it correct , then asked if I still banked with ******* Bank , which they got correct also. the officer had told me to watch my bank account closely.  also they kept calling back to back , I run a business at home and have a home line and a business line, they called my business line once , and my home line several times, the last call received I told the caller I would report their number to the law enforcement "I Did" since then they have not called back. So I would advise everyone who receives calls from this number to tell them you are going to report them to law enforcement , and if enough people report their number they may get caught , also when I did a reverse phone number search , the number came back as a cell phone number under a private name.

I just had this happen to me today. This same number keeps calling me telling me that I owe $8,000 for a payday loan of $900 that was never paid back. I told them that I had never heard of such thing and I have no idea what they are talking about.  I told them to send me proof and they wouldn't respond. It was an Indian Man who I could barely understand as it was. Every time I spoke he would talk over me. He told me that I was b***s*** because I said this was b***s***. I never took such a loan. I even checked with my bank within the last 3 months. I have no deposit of such thing. He even wanted my attorney's name , number etc. I told him that he doesn't need that information and got mad and hung up.
They have also been calling my family members as well. Thank godness I have well educated family members who would never pay someone like this.
I called them back and told them that by law they can not arrest me with out proof at the time.
He said he wasn't able to give out proof. I even have proof that from my bank that no deposit was made.
I'm going to try to get them reported big time. And I'm going to change my phone number. Once I started talking back to him, he hung up twice.
We need to get this person put in jail somehow.

They keep calling me them indians telling me that if i do not call back or they do not hear from my attorney all they can do is wish me good luck. He sounded spookey.... Who are them folk...

this is a total scam! They totally scared me one day about owing a payday loan. Never got one out.
