I received a call from this guy too! He was VERY rude when requesting to talk to our COO and ended up hanging up on me. I called him back (thanks to caller ID) and when I told him that I did not appreciate his tone and lack of professionalism, he told me t F**K off and hung up on me again.
I have tried to research CTI in Sacramento (the company he said he was calling from) and found another company under the same name, however he is not associated with them. I let them know that he is using their company name when cold calling and giving them a very bad reputation. Needless to say, they were not very pleased.

Called again for another excutive and I did the same speech. When he pushed the issue to talk to this person I said; I'm sorry sir but I believe you called in for another person this morning. "NO, can you just let him know John Gram is on the line." So I put him thru to our general voice mail...

Get calls like this all the time from all kinds of companies either wanting to loan money or show how they can make more money for the owners. O_o
