Phone number   was on my caller  ID. I returned the call.
This phone number 916-745-6580 says they are PG&E and will lower my energy bill by 65%.
Even tho they say this is PG&E.

IT'S A SCAM. THEY ARE TIGER NATURAL GAS COMPANY FROM OKLAHOMA

My husband already enrolled in the program, I just missed a call from them today though.....

From PG & E's website which I looked up at the behest of the telemarketer who called me from this number.

"PG&E's Core Gas Aggregation Service is an optional program that allows you to purchase gas for your home or business directly from third-party gas suppliers, also known as Core Transport Agents (CTAs). Through this program, PG&E will continue to read your meter, and to transport and deliver gas to your home or business with the same high level of reliability and service that we provide to all of our customers.

PG&E requires new CTAs to complete a certification process, which entails meeting credit and technical requirements, before they are eligible to enroll customers. If PG&E terminates a CTA?s certification due to a failure to maintain PG&E?s certification requirements, or if a CTA goes out of business, a CTA?s customers would continue to receive uninterrupted gas service directly from PG&E."

Sort of like buying gasoline using a cardlock system...some months you may save money, some months you may pay more than you would if you'd have stuck with PG & E.

The man I spoke to was named Jim Hunt and he was exceedingly polite and not pushy. He was happy to direct me to the place on the PG & E website where I could look up the information.

I have been receiving a call daily from this number. No message is left as I do no answer "unknown" calls.

I have a missed call from this number from Friday while I was out of town.

any chance you can actually provide some information

call from 9167456580 sounded too good to be true but my neighbor said she already did this a few months back through this company and she saved money...
