On 1/23/2010:
Two almost identical text messages on the same day from this spammer from two different numbers regarding borrowing cash. The form of the "Opt-out" text on both was almost identical.

Had two of these in the last two days. Came in the form of a text
"get a pay day advance up to $1500 deposited into your account! no credit checks"
and
"with instant online approacal. You can get your cash within 24 hours! visit www.money600.com"
Filed a complaint with the FCC

Just received text on my cell phone, I text them back stating my cell is on a no call list so do not call or text me again. Text read "get a pay day advance up to $1500 deposited into your account! no credit checks"

The FCC has a site to make stronger complaints than the Do-Not-Call list, and they respond by mail.

Txt spam about loans
Man I hate this stuff, wouldn't be nice to back bill them. That stop this stuff quick.
| Problem Solved 2009-11-07 17:29:01 Unknown |
Send them a text message informing them that if they do not stop sending spam messages to your number, you will report them to the FCC.
Worked for me. Try it.
