That happened to me too call 911 and report identity theft, he's trying to steal ur identity

I have received the same calls from an officer something Johnson his language was so bad I couldn't understand him. He said my husband owed some money to a pay day company but the weird thing is the number that showed up on my caller I'd is the real number for the Wendell county nc police dept. how does this happen? The number was 919-365-4444.

I received the same call several times from the "law offices" but today I received it VOIP'd through 911 service. They actually tried impersonating a white southern police officer, but it is really easy to hear the accents. I never received a courtesy call, merely harrassing threats. I called my lawyer, who is contacting 911 to tell them about the 911 abuse. I feel they should be arrested and fined and make retribution to all who are subjected to their harrassment.

Keeps calling my cell and my place of employment. I ignore the calls because they have an foreign accent with an American name which makes think b***s***.  Also pretending to be an officer of the law is against the law.  Then at the end of the message they say have a good day and god bless.  I have filed bankruptcy because of the current housing situation and I'm divorced.  These peolple need to get a life and stop buying discharged debts.  We all have money problems and don't need them to get a cent.  My co-workers had some fun with him and he got upset, started the threaten them.  They turned it around and called them back asking of for me which was funny.  It is a total scam and they keep ghosting their numbers from all over the united states.

I just received 3 calls from this number saying that his name is Roger Gibson from the pd, saying that I have a complaint filed against me and that I need to contact him immediately or I will have serious consequences against me.  This sh** needs to stop. These foreign people need to find something else to do.

I received the call tonight....two men saying the were from NC Police Dept. Said they were going to issue an arrest warrant if I did not pay on a defaulted loan (which I have none). Their names were Mike Stevenson and Roger Gibson. He knew my socail, dob, address, car finance company, checking account routing and account number.
Spoke with local Sheriff Dept who called NC Police Dept. Traced the line back to Wendell, NC. Said it a land line with no name or address attached. Attempting to contact the phone company tomorrow to have the phone number disconnected. Unfortunately there is not much else the police can do.
I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau in Raleigh, NC and filed a complaint with them as well.

This is the same number that keeps calling 9193745132 Roger Gibson residence of AZ. Its a scam and swindled $100 from an innocent person that I know of. Please dont release any personal information!

The guy call me left message on my cell phone that he was a police offier and to call him back before he took action agains me. I called him back got the long speach from him and he ask me if i wanted to settle to day or wait for a legel hearing. I told him I would was. Then he said have fun being arrested. So i went down to my local police station told them they try to listen to message hard to understand. The offier called this number ask for office michaels told him he was from pryor oklahoma and he had a lady in her saying this michael guy called and told her she was in to some trouble. "Michael" gave the police offier i was talking to my name. Then told him he was from so law office in north carolina. The offier then ask him to call back cuz the echo was making it hard to understand him.Michael would not call him back. So i came home and started looking online at yellowpages then i google this number and found this web site. so here my story.

He called and told us North Carolina PD. When I told him it was illegal to pose as an officer he cursed me out and hung up on me.

Absolutely,  this is a hoax and impersonating a detective or sheriff from any police department is illegal in itself. These people are trying to scare you and they will continue to call you until you change your cell phone number or report them to the FBI. People, do not be alarmed. Tell these idiots and perpetrators that you will go to the FBI and they will either stop or call you from another number. Can't believe that these people have not been exposed and arrested!

These moronic dot heads think the police in this country have nothing better to do than chase down unpaid payday loans (the loan info is bogus also) I'm really glad I wasn't born in their country Holy crap what a thought, I guess I'd have to take a job in a sweat factory too. I got the same phone call today 3 times from officer Roger Gibson, after reading all of these posts and the foreign accent which was a no brainer i knew this is a scam.  these scam/con people need to be locked up. thanks everyone for the information.

This guy called saying he was from Raleigh north Carolina sheriff's. Dept. I supposedly have an arrest warrant out...I called the real sheriff's. Dept...btw...its wake county...not Raleigh...we've. Called them back several times to mess with them...its a scam...the real sheriff is posses...DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY...ITS A SCAM!!!

Received call from this same a**hole today. It was hysterical, he told me his name was Mark Anderson and that if i didn't call back within the hour i'd be arrested. The hour came and went and of course noone showed, but, the idiot called back. My girlfriend picked up and demanded to know who he was he was, this time, he told her his name was Roger Anderson!!! He can't even keep his name straight, and naturally, he hung right up the moment we told him we filed a report with the FBI.

Got a call from this number today. He said he was Mark Anderson but spoke broken english, and sounded Indian. Told me I owed fees for an Advance I knew nothing about. He also told me it was for an account I haven't used in over 3 months. He said I owed $180 but couldn't explain in detail and when I told him I hadn't used the acct in months he seemed to be caught off gaurd and then just said that his system was showing me using that acct.  Also, he said he. Was from the Financial Crime Enforcement Network. Resaered FCEN, they are real, but, A, they do not go after individuals and never request payments etc over phone, and B, have no overseas offices. Sounds like a scam to me and I will be reporting it so beware.

i received a call from this number and it comes up on my phone caller id as emergency call 911 .. tried to be fast talking . sd charges were filed against me for several things that i had no knowledge on and sd he was calling FOR a cash advance company but supposedly the company was confidential, he could not give me that info and wanted to know how i was gonna resolve it.. i started asking him all the questions, he was ROGER GIBSON(ALLEGEDLY) SHERIFF DEPT IN ROLLEY NORTH CAROLINA, SO I TOLD HIM I NEEDED ALL THE INFO SO I CAN REPORT THEM TO MY LOCAL POLICE AND HE HUNG UP AND ENDED THE CALL.. FIRST OF ALL IF A COMPANY DOES NOT COMPLETE THEIR RESEARCH AND ERRONEOUSLY GIVES YOU A LOAN THEY CANNOT COME AFTER YOU LIKE THAT AND SECOND , YOU WOULD GET A CALL FROM A DETECTIVE BEFORE U WOULD A ACTUAL 911 NUMBER.. THEY ARE CROOKED AND WORK TO SCARE PEOPLE.. IT IS A HOAX, A SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED.. TO COME AFTER SOMEONE  FOR A BILL IS ONE THING BUT TO TRY AND INTIMIDATE SOMEONE WITH MISLEADING INFORMATION IS AGAINST THE LAW IN ITSELF

the same guy keeps calling me too saying his officer alex smith he apparently has been calling my work!!! I have applied for payday loan online had two fraudulent purchases on my account and now this guy is calling and trying to threaten me STUPID FREAKIN IDIOT with heavy indian accent

If anyone gets a call from this number, tell them the call is being recorded and you are turning this information over to the local police, the FBI and the FTC.  Tell them you have documented/date stamped the time they calls, and you in turn will be pressing charges for falsly stating they are a A: Federal Agent, B: A police officer.....of which the fines are in excess of $25000.00.  All the police and FTC have to do is legally trace the number and they can pursue this.

They have been calling me for days.  Pure scam.

Yeah..I had received this call with showing ' private call ' on my phone. and he had the gus to leave the messages to me said, he is segreant Roger Dickson . and I don't received his call I will get arrested.

A foreign a** a***ole keep calling my damn phone trying to solicit me for some damn loan that i know nothing of. The none talking a***ole cant even say or spell his own damn name how he gets mine is a clue to me! Its a damn shame how people is so freaking desperate to destroy folks credit for their own amusement! Mark Austin, Michael Anderson or whoever u want to be u need to find a damn job a real one to occupy your time cause u keep messing around u r going to be the one with a warrant and a Dick stuck up your a** once u hit the state Penn! I have recieved several calls on my phone and my spouces phone from a michael austin and then claiming to put the deputy on the pjone ( sounded like the same guy ) he claimed i owe a payday loan and that if i didnt pay a federal warresnt would b issued and i would b arrested. Come the hell on.

I have this F**King jerk calling me telling me that his name is Officer Brian Daniels - Badge number: 7254, from Really, North Carolina. He is stating that I was going to be arrested for not paying a payday loan and that he was going to contact my County Sheriff and have me arrested. I laughed at his Dumb A**. I advise him that the County Sheriff is my Uncle and that I?m going to give him, his information. WHAT A DUMB A**!  This is a scam, so please do not given them any of your information.

Called for an employee using the name Officer Alex Smith. Said he was from the Raleigh NC Sheriff's office, but he totally mangled the pronunciation of Raleigh North Carolina. Told him I would not be passing on his message as I suspected him of calling to promote fraudulent activities. Same employee got a similar call last week.

i have received approximately 8 calls from this individual stating he was Michael and was putting me through to his senior investigator and then here comes Mark Anderson, that sounds like he just got off his camel!!  this is the biggest scam, can not tell you when what or anything else but that he is having me arrested from NC and NY....i'm still waiting.....

I just recieved 7 calls from this person saying that i have debt and could be resolved if i pay 50% also. freak kept bugging me for money or the local police will have an arrest warrant for me. The guy didnt sound like federal investigater. i believe he said his name was mark something.

Just received three calls from this number.  First caller says his name is Michael Austin.(I hung up because of the echo)  The following two calls were from Mark Anderson.  They wanted to inform me that the state of NC had an open warrant for my arrest and would be forwarding the info to NJ, however this could be avoided if I paid 50% of the balance due on an non-existent debt.  When I challenged them regarding the arrest warrant, Anderson then told me the local sheriff would be showing up within the hour.  I contacted the local  PD and the county sheriff's office and was told that they have been receiving complaints over the past few days.

Got a call for an employee from a "Marc Anderson" sounded like he didn't speak English well. He left the number 919-374-5132 for this employee to call back. He should be investigated by the police, we will be making a report of it.

to take his foreign a** back to wherever he came from and leave us all alone.
