I receive calls on my office phone saying "if I know (blank blank) to call this number back."

I called today and an operator promised to remove my phone number from the contact list.

Received a robocall yesterday referencing an account number I did not recognize. Received a live call today giving a first name and an extension to call. No other identifying information. Both calls went to voicemail and any subsequent calls will continue to go there.

it is collections for unpaid probation and court fees.

I was informed that this number is a collection agency and that they collect on unpaid court and probation fees!! So if u have anything that you owe to courts or such that is why you are getting the calls.

I just got this call and everywhere I look online saids its a complete scam -.- and i know i dont have any bills, im 20 wtf so i just blocked the number.

They call me every once in a while posing as someone they aren't. Today they left a message, trying to make it sound like they are a friend or something. I believe this business is on W 7th st. columbia, TN. They are crooks trying to collect on paid out of date accounts.

I get this machine calling me from 931-490-5999 saying this is a call for Laretta Lynn Wilson if you know her please have her call us at.  Driving me insane as they call every single day and I have no idea who this woman is dam if they need to stop but i'm not sure how to get them to stop it.

I've received a call from this number everyday for the last 2 weeks. I always let my answering machine pick up for numbers I don't recognize and this particular voice never identifies themself, they just say they have a urgent message for me and even give a reference number. My caller ID shows "name unknown" but before I started getting these calls I was getting them from Solutia and with the same phone number. I figure it's all just a scam and they'll eventually get sick of talking to my answering machine. If I have a legitimate unpaid debt there is still such thing as certified mail.

ok for those of you who are saying they keep calling the wrong number.. have you ever answered and told them so.. debt collectors are not mind readers.. they will continue to call the number until they are informed that its wrong.. furthermore if they are calling the wrong number it doesnt mean its a scam.. it simply means that number was provided at some point for the person they are looking for.. everything is not a scam. if you research the company.. solutia revenue recovery.... you will notice that they do medical collections as well as government collections such as speeding tickets, court costs etc.. i seriously doubt a company that collects for numerous court houses and police departments in the state of TN  is scamming anyone..

finally talked to them today they said these so called bill are from 2008 and 2009! They also said they have sent out paper bills to me, which is a lie, i keep all my bills, in a separate file from my mail. The lady got a bad attitude with me, especially when i quoted the credit laws, thanks to anonymous for giving us those.

Got a call from this number, they call like 4 times the past week. The message4 said to call back number and give the person a file number. When i called the number back the message said they were closed and to leave my account number.The computer that called said my first and middle name, that is really odd!  
I am getting so pissed. I know that i don't have any bills that are over due. What do i do!

Got a call, asked from my husband, when he called them back they answer the phone as Solutions.  Trying to collect an old hospital debt, which has been paid.  (2006 hospital stay).  They want him to pay again.  LOL  Told them to send proof of debt and stop calling; to contact through US Postal Service only.

JANET may be a scammer shill. Legit collectors per section 809 of the FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf *must* tell you at initial contact, or send you paperwork within 5 days of initial contact, the following:
1. $amount of debt,
2. name of the current creditor (which may differ from the original creditor who might have sold your debt),
3. a statement that that debt will be assumed to be valid unless you dispute in writing within 30 days,
4. a statement that that if you do dispute in writing within 30 days, the collector must mail you written verification of the debt,
5. a statement that if you ask the collector in writing within 30 days, the collector must send you the name and address of the original creditor if it's different from the current creditor.
If you don't get the 5 disclosures, orally or in writing (you do not have to ask for them, the FDCPA requires collectors to provide them), treat the collector like you would any SCAMMER. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

I'm 19 years old and do not have any kind of bills and they're calling me so I'm pretty sure it's not bill collecters thank you!!

This number has called me the past two days and asked for a Nicole Marie Patterson. Don't know her. I called the number back today after I got a voicemail from them and a young lady answered the phone, I asked the girl if she could take my number off their calling list bc I do not know this person and she said she would take care of it. So I guess I will see in the next couple days if it works or not. But it's funny bc the first call I got said do not hang up this is not a debt collection call... But when you call them it says that is their company.

A recoreed message ask for MICHAEL J. HERLIEN, and his last 4 digits of ss# if him. If you do not put #'s in recorded message says for me to tell MICHEAL J. HERLEIN  to call 931-490-5999 and enter code 560970.  SOLUTAS IS THE NAME ON MY ID, 931-490-5999 IS ON MY ID. This number calls 5 to 10 times EVERY DAY, including Sunday. How would this company like for someone to go to the state  AG?

I received a call from this number but since I didnt recognize it, I didnt answer the call. I called the number the next morning because the area code and prefix are local numbers in my area so I was curious. The call was answered by Amy at Solutions Debt Collection. I knew I didnt have anything in debt collection and when I confronted her she just said it must have been a wrong number. Its a scam

Everyday they call asking for a Richard Howard.... Don't know a Richard Howard... but they argue and say  that I am Richard Howards girlfriend and that I need to stop covering for him... OH PLEASE

This number has been calling me and I haven't answered, so I finally answered today, and it was a woman named Amy wanting me to pay on some tickets I had back in 2008 that I already went to court for and paid. The total amount for the bills were $900-something, but at first she tried to say that all 3 of my fines were $900-something a piece and I was like, "No fricking way is that possible!!!!!!" Then she said, "Let me double check on this", and came back to say that all 3 equalled that ammount that she didn't understand why they had that on there like that! I hung up and I am calling her back tomorrow to tell her that I know it's a scam that I'm calling my local police department to report it. She gave me her name, number, and extension number!!!!!!!

I get a call from this number everyday! And I can't get them to stop!

Caller asks for a man named Eric then when told she has the wrong number she argues that I am his girlfriend and she spoke to me last week... HUH???!!!
