i am getting regular frequent calls from 00966590678510.....plz help

Got a call from this number on my cell phone today.  Call came in at 10:25am EST.  No message left.  My phone is a Cleveland, OH cell phone number.

What a crock.  Someone knows the pattern that ALL credit cards are going up?  Are you kidding?  Big, big SCAM!  They can offer you better rates than EVERYONE!  What a bunch of B.S.!

Another person harassed here in OHIO....Cleveland, OH.  Call came into my Verizon cell phone.  
They did not leave a message.  (THANK GOD!)  I'm really beginning to wonder if Verizon is selling their phone lists to other companies so that they can in turn pad the bill.  NEVER was harassed this bad via cell phone until having Verizon.

I agree, these "losers" keep harrasing me not only on my cell, but my land line as well. I have also signed up with both of our telephones for the "Do Not Call" registry. They damn well better get this taken care of-I just reported both numbers in the complaint area of the DNC registry. Hope this helps.

Just got the call in Ohio...on a Verizon cell.

I received a call from this number this evening. Ignored it. Left no message. I am from Ohio as well. And also have Verizon. Wonder if Verizon is also a common thread...?

This a** hole keeps calling at least 3 times per day I have a Telly on this call pissing me off

same deal....some sandy trying to get me to give him my cc#........have some fun with them and waste their time.........i draw them out by feigning a heavy oriental accent and tell them crazy s*** until they finally figure out they're the ones being scammed!

Got a call from this number; electronic voice said press 9 to lower credir card rate; I pressed 9 to talk to a "human".  I asked the name of the Co.; answer: "Credit Card Services".  I asked what is this regarding; answer: "lowering your credit card rate".  I was trying to discern if the call was from one of my banks; the answer is "NO"!  Asked. "May I be put on your do not call list?"; Answer: "No YOU MAY NOT; then disconnect.

This is a SCAM from people who barely speak English about wanting you to lower your interest rates. Do Not give them any of your information. This is not legal!

received this call today around 11:00am in Columbus - didn't answer and no message left.  Sprint customer.

Just got a call from this number and since it looked very strange I didn't answer and instead googled it to see who or what it might have been. I too am in Ohio I am wondering if some scam artist is targeting Ohio based phone numbers. No Voice Mail was left and I do not plan on trying the number back as I do not want long distance charges on my phone. Although I know will not do any good I am going to report it to the DNCR. There has to be something that can be done to stop these "ROBO" calls from coming thru when your number is on the DNCR.

Got a call, didn't answer because it's ID "Unknown". Googled # read complaints. Will block calls from this number - and I'm an AT&T customer in Columbus, OH.

One thing i know you can do if they are calling you on your cell, call your provider and you can at least get a 90 day block on any Number, I haven't tried on a land line bet you probably can do that as well.  At least we know there scams and can let the older family member know because in the end you know they do get some that don't know better and lose some of there Money.

Also its great that we can look up the numbers on the web like this and know there scams calling and share what we know to one another.

Calling a school with reduced credit card rates.  When I pressed "0" to speak with a CS rep, I requested that they remove our phone number.  The man hung up on me.

Same happened to. Did not answer and no message left. I'm also from Ohio and Verizon.

Received a call on 3/13/12 at 12:25 PM. Pressed 9 to speak to an operator, was greeted by a man named "Paul" with an Indian accent. I asked to be removed from their list and for them to not call me again and was hung up on.

i got a call too. i am in northern ohio. i've been getting them everyday from different numbers.. same story tho, " i can lower your credit card interest rates " i think i want to throw this phone away....

got a call at 12:15 today, did not answer, i wonder why they're calling all of these ohio numbers

Being harrassed by this number......I don't answer. I'm even on a DO NOT CALL .......... sick of it!!

3:15pm. Central Ohio - Just received another call from 966-000-7546 on my mobile.  I'm on the "Do Not Call List",  which doesn't seem to mean a thing.  I believe...If I have to put up with the calls, than your identity should show up on my phone.

i got a call from 966-000-7546. when i finally talked to a real person, she asked me about my credit card. i dont even have one. i told her "no, i want you to remove my number from your data base" before i even finished what i was saying, she hung up on me. this is a scam.

"credit card services" is how they identify themselves. I am on the national do not call list as well. I want this nonsense to stop.

This is a scammer trying to get your credit card information from Pakistan!  Do NOT give these people any information about you or your financial aspects!!!!
