This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in apparent violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Called my cell during work; left no message

Got a call from number (971)220-1059. Straight to voicemail. They left a call back number, 866-960-1914. I called them, gave them my phone number, and told them to never call me again. They said they would take me off their list.

They've been calling me since early May.  I also entered a contest at an expo.  They used to leave msgs about a trip.  Now no messages even though they call morning and afternoon. Will look into the number blocking feature

Tralala it work! You are the Bomb.  I deal with them before and they kept my money instead off refunding it.  It was only $40 dollars but it taught me a lesson.  I won't believe them any more!

Entered a Harley drawing at an airshow, keeps calling, grrr! :(

In order to be removed from their call list you must use the magic FTC words. " Removed me from your call list and add me to your DNC"

I entered a drawing at a convention center Open House.

Talked to the lady today when she called. She verified my citizenship status, marital status, and income. I questioned her and then she said she'll have her associate call me back. She said I've been selected for a Global Travel Package. Does sound like a scam to me...

Check with your cell provider and or home phone service. Many will offer call rejection services for companies that do this. I have the ability with my home phone service to enter the number in for auto rejection. When the person calls they receive a message "The party you are trying to reach is no longer accepting calls from this number." They are then promptly dropped. Please check with your service providers for this option. :)

Continuously calls, will not leave message.

Same.  Home and Garden Show.  The guy left me a message, calling me by name, and telling me I needed to call him back today, ASAP.  He didn't leave me a company or reason for the call, just that I had to call him back and his name was Cory.  Then he called again while I was listening to the voice mail.  I'm not calling back.

Went to the Home & Garden Show too. I didn't answer, so thanks to ChaiDi for the info.  I won't be answering.

entered a contest at a Home & Garden Show...guess what?  I WON a trip...only I have to have my hubby present to listen to a 30 minute schpiel in order to claim it.  What a scam!

Same things.  I enetered a contest at a car show.  NEVER AgAIn.  I asked them 4 times to stop calling me.  The last guy said he will continue to call me.

This # keeps calling my cell phone.  I have asked them to remove me from thier Time Share list, but never have been removed.

Just like everyone else they keep calling and calling and never leave a message. Today I answered just to tell them to leave me alone but they hung up on me after I said hello! Called them back, no answer. Isn't there a way to block these people?

I got a no contract cell phone and whoever had it before did something, the people at this number keep calling, and calling and calling, and never leave a message.  Call it back and no one answers.  They are a total nuisance!!!
