They keep calling my cell but never leave a message. Now they are calling my work saying they have a civil summons for me I think this is a scam

i want them to stop calling scam

Received a call that I had a summons for a past debt..Michael Sarrono..he is a mediating a claim against me and then transferred me to representative handling my case   Phillip...he put the fear of God in me ...since I recently filed bankruptcy and at the time was unable to get a hold of my attorney...I paid him the reduced amount.  After I was able to talk to my attorney, my state law says creditors cannot attempt collection after bankruptcy filed..and it was filed over a year ago and final for six months.   I called Michael and Phillip back to get more Info and they were very rude.  Claim is being disputed and attorney General of Texas had been contacted.  I found out later , Michael contacted my "ex" father in law who is 80 trying to reach me.  Isn't that illegal?

This number has called me and threated a coworker of mine saying they were going to come to our place of business and arrest her if she didn't pay the loan they supposedly place in to her account.  It is all a big scam.  They do and try anything know.  They called there compamy Namakam Capital.

Called me about a payday loan I never received and now these people are wanting to sue cause I haven't paid it back. I'm getting tired of these calls and I am ready for them to stop now. And the people are rude. They somehow got my fathers number.

This number called me 3 times today from Plano, Tx. Stating I owe money if I did not pay by the end of the day that I would be arrested tomorrow. I have no idea who these people are or what they are talking about. Very rude people and this scam is getting old.

My boyfriend received a call from 972 665 3011 for me saying there was a court summons and if i dont call back they will send the cops out with an arrest warrant. I called the number amd asked what company it was he stated glibal procesding company. I just hung up because i know i havent done anything recently or in the pasti just want them to stop calling.

Says her name is Michelle Buchanan. Mediating a claim against me. When I started asking questions and told her I didn't know what she was talking about, she got rude and said that a warrant would be issued for my arrest and hung up.

Parents keep getting calls from this number. Ssying they have a warrant for arrest.

Called me on old debt out of state claims are suing me yet I know it is past statue of limitations I am calling the attorney general in Texas.
