I answer but no ones says anything, I call it back and busy signal they call everyday

The message left was that they missed me. They said that I would get a free rental if I came in within the next two weeks, as well as another offer if I came in for a rental.

They left a voicemail.  Family Video offering me a free rental because they miss my business.

i received a call at 2:18am from this company. I want off of their phone list

9pm?. and over 10 rings..........2nd call today..........all I get is Callcia on the identity screen.....
on the Federal No call listing.

Just received an unsolicited call from this number.  Unable to get thru to the number now.

I keep getting this call and twice that I've answered, there is a recording that states that they miss me and are giving me 1 free rental plus 14 days of 50% off rentals. I get receiving this ONCE, but now they're calling twice a day to tell me this! They've called me 8 times now!

Received call at 9:45 AM... Call is from FAMILY VIDEO and is an automated message stating I have overdue videos.

I received a call this morning on my cell phone. No message left. I made several attempts to return call to see what & who it was and it was a busy signal ever time..

I received a call from the same # when I answered and said hello I got no responses and it sounded like someone was eating and I heard breathing into the phone.

I got this call this morning and i did not answer it since i did not recongize the number.  Tried calling it back and it was a busy signal.  Most likely a scam artist.  It came up on my CID as  CALLCIA

Received this call with static. The ID said "CALLCIA".

Wait a tick... that doesn't say CALLCIA....that says CALL C I A !!!

not sure who this is but the caller id says CALLCIA, did not leave a message.

Family Video saying they missed me.  Offered a free rental if I returned in the next 2 weeks plus 1/2 price rentals for 14 days.

Was called and robo call was from Family Video saying they missed us and was offering 1 free rental and a month of half off rentals.Went to our local Family Video store to confirm and it was in fact
a valid call and offer. Of course I rented some movies.

Seriously these posts about the laughing kids and all I know they are annoying but after reading them all down the line I just cannot tell you how it all made me smile. Guess I need a vacation when I start being amused by anonymous caller sales calls.

@ sleepless normally I do not reply to these messages just leave my random message and move on but I received such a kick from yours I just had to tell you made my day :)

This number called our home when we weren't home.  It was identified as Call CIA.

I periodically get a call claiming I have to return something from Family Video. LOL... what a scam. When you call back... you get a busy signal.
Isn't there someway to shut this place down?!

ok to anyone that doesnt know this , what this is, is a computer generated caller calling to see what times you are at home , this in return tells the main computer of a telemarketing company , what time you are home , its much the same as when you pick the phone up when someone calls and no one says anything , the same thing. if it helps anyone to know this ,this is how to handle it , when your CID posts a # you dont know answere it and just start pushing random numbers quickly , this tells the machine that what it has contacted was a fax machine and removes your number from the list(got to love Andy Rooney , god rest his soul , for that one )

I received a call from this number on Jan. 29 at 1:30 p.m.  My caller ID read:  CALLCIA.  I did not answer  and they hung up.

Mine was from Family Video also, saying they haven't seen me in the store in a while.  What is that about?  I am not about to come in just because they miss my money!!  lol

OK, I did my home work and spent my own money after getting a few of these calls that show up as CALLCIA on caller ID, with know message and when I called, it rang twice then nothing, and everyone is sort of right, and one person is a MORON. The calls come from a company named CIA, which stands for Client Instant Access a Company that is a messenger service and NOT Family Video. They are the ones calling you on behalf of other companies not just Family Video like some of you think. If you would have contacted them directly you would have found this out. CIA has Thousands of Clients, that they do messaging services for. You might be getting a call from them for any number of reasons. Unlike the MORON whom BIT**CHED at someone to pay your bill. CIA Doesn't do Bill Collections or let you know you owe someone or some business money. So get you facts straight before opening your mouth or in this case a text you know nothing about.

Answered and no one was there.

Missed a call from them, they left a  voicemail:
"Hi. This is Erica calling from family video. We've missed you at our store. This is ask in the next 2 weeks, and receive a free rental plus half price rentals for the next 14 days. We can't wait to see you at Family Video."

Mine was Family Video too. At least they leave a voice mail!
