Someone from this number called us and left a message saying to call 1-877-391-5096.   It sounded like it was something like Optima Health, but the voice was a little unclear.  I called the number because I've been having some health difficulties and don't want to miss any call from a provider.  The machine I got introduced itself as something like "Optim Health" and talked about answering some health questions that might benefit others.  Next it asked me to verify my year of birth.  My antenna for fraud went up immediately and I decided not to do this.  I tried to Google the number and got nothing except reverse look-up pay services. Then I used Google to explore some word possibilities and finally arrived at a company named OptumHealth.com  as a possibility.  I'm not sure at all if this is who called me and I don't like the way they are asking for year of birth information right away.

It is Optum Health. Received the same call and Target corporation works with them for health benefits.
