This number calls my cell phone twice a day - I never answer it as the number doesnt look right - I have never seen a (125) interchange.

Got called twice, when u pick up the call, it hangs up, call it bac, get a busy signal.....

It's from the United Kingdom. That's why it's a weird area code. No idea who it is though.

Just got a call from this number.  They said they were a job recruiter.  I hung up.

I spoke to the person and he would not leave his name.. I think it's a Bill Collector.

They said they were from online trading academy asking if I want to improve my stock trading performance

Chinese sounding woman saying she was from some financial services advising me on the new government policy on something or other. I let her mumble on while I put her on loud speaker without speaking. she soon got bored and hung up

I bought a samsung TracFone and entered my T-mobile number as the contact number at the tme of activation ( Big Mistake ).
I'm having my number changed..I"ve received all kinds of strange calls .

Tried to call this number back after missing a call from it, and you get the message "Your call cannot be completed as dialed"......fishy

Yes!  They told me the same thing...said they received my resume. I finally decided to answer and some guy told me about this job fair at the Westin Hotel and kept saying over and over I need to go, I need to go.  And they continue to keep calling me

Got a call from this number several times. They never leave a message. Today, I respond the call & a guy with an Indian accent told me about a possible job opening in Dallas area (where I'm living). He ask me if I have pen & paper & I told him to send me an e-mail. He confirmed my e-mail address in my resume & hang up. Later the day I check my inbox but I don't have a message. I don't know what they are up to but it is definitely a scam.

I keep getting these calls as well, and I also had security clearance.  I just added them to my cell phone reject list.  

It sounds like they are calling from the subway terminal at Grand Central Station.

I've received two calls from this number.  Who is it and why do they bother?

This number called me informing me about a job fair. I also have worked for the goverment...seems to be a trend here.

This number called me 5 times today never left a message, I finally answered the 6th time they called a man with a East Indian accent asked for me and went on about how impressive my resume is and to sign up for a job fair on the Feb 16, 2011. I informed him I'm not interested and to please remove my number.

After informing him regarding me being uninterested in a job fair and to remove he sounded a little sad and went on his way. Hopefully this will end it, if not I can always block them.

Went to Monster & Careerbuilder and removed my information as I have never worked in sales nor insurance and get more spam and scams regarding those fields.

Seems I started getting these calls after posting on there....

Received a call from this number but did not pick up, and no voicemail was left.

After I saw how many others who'd received calls were either previously or currently employed by the government, I figured I'd post here as well -- I had a TS clearance, and my resume is probably still floating around out there.

I have been receiving calls from this number.  My husband picked up and asked what they wanted and he couldn't understand the man when he called.  But the guys kept saying my name.  My husband said "Do not call again" and hung up.

I have received calls from this number telling me about a job fair in VA, as well as emails sent to my work address regarding a Security Clearance Expo, also in VA. They may or may not be related, but I'm pretty sure the job fairs were supposedly in the same place. I was a federal govt employee and have been searching for a new job. Seems like they're targeting people who have had some level of security clearance in the past. Creepy and annoying! I assigned them a silent ringtone on my phone. Hopefully they'll give up & remove me from their list soon.

I just call fom that number asking if I had security.  He had an accent and could not understand him. so i hung up.  i was not able to connect back to him.

I would like to know who makes these calls and why?

Keeps calling and hanging up.... All hours of the day. Very annoying.

yes they do call and speak of a job fair but it's a scam...

Hi DREAM.  Look at my posting to a post from "TexasDaisy".  Now your saying SECURITY and my points about job searching/posting resumes on CareerBuilder.com concerns me even more.  I am job "watching" and my resume is out there.  I worked for the US Govt and held a TS clearance - all of which is on my resume.  Foreign Intel Service calling?  Maybe...
