Just got the same call, they said after several seconds "thank you for your patience, one of our agents will be with you shortly" but i hung up. I dont think they said the name of the company.

This number keeps ringing us and when we answer all we get is music! it can last up to an hour we cannot disconect it we have no phone till they disconnect,  the number we got from 1471 is 0127 466 3293

This number calls and hangs up before I can anser the call
