1. Postpaid "Call 171" service:
"Call 171" service is the service that allows users to make domestic or international long distance calls based on Internet Protocol (IP). Using ?Call 171? users can make domestic and international long distance calls with good quality and low calling fees in comparison with PSTN service.
In order to make a phone call user should dial "171" before ordianary calling regular numbers:
+ For domestic call:
171 + 0 + area code + destination numbers
+ For international call:
171 + 00 + country code + area code + destination numbers.

Interprovincial and international ?Call 1717? service is a prepaid calling card service, ensuring quality with reasonable price.
