Robocall about health insurance.

They are calling my business phone.   They leave no message and when I try to call them back it says the number has been disconnected or is not in working order.  How the hell is this possible when then just called me and their number is on my caller ID?

They're back - "Affordable Health Care".  You know the spiel - just ignore them, pressing One feeds the troll.

Got a robo call from this number. It offered no way to opt out of the calls, even though it offered a way to continue to get more information about insurance.

Caller ID is wonderful If a call comes up "New Jersey" I know it is not legitimate. Legitimate business people do not disguise their identity

Called on 3/6/12, no message left.

These guys called me again today. I pressed the key to speak to someone -other than the machine. It put me on to "Josh". A man in his lates 20s?  He said he had a way to save me 50% on my health insurance..wow I'm all ears Josh, were you calling from? "Texas", wow yes outside Dallas. Ok so what company do you work for? "Equal Health Insurance". He continues on while I look it up online,- Hey Josh, are you an licensed agent "Yes", BINGO- this is the company- they have a WEBSITE:

THEY ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO BUSINESS IN CALIFORNIA. Nor is "Josh " licensed. Nor is what they are doing legal.

Make an On-line complaint with the California Department of Insurance, as I did a few minutes ago. You can also make a compliant with the Cal. PUC for using that phoney spuffed caller ID from New Jersey.

It's some type of telemarketing firm. I got a recording today about health insurance with no way to be removed from their list. When I call it back another recording tells me that the number cannot be completed as dialed so it's being spoofed. I've been getting ALOT of calls like this and other types in which they try to scam you for your "payment" information for a bill they claim we owe but we don't. I spend more time answering these calls than answering legitimate calls.

They use fake caller ID's, usually on VOIP lines.

Many times you can find a real number for them here on these boards. Sombody catches them somewhere about 99% of the time. Looks like nobody's got them yet on this number. But if you keep checking back, you'll eventually find a real number for them and usually an address and name.

They call and hang up. When we called it back it said the phone number was disconnected. How is that possible if they JUST called?

How do they keep getting our numbers? No matter how many I block, more keep coming.

got a call from this number / didnt recognize the number so I didnt answer it / they did leave a message about lowering my mortgage interest?

this number calls 4 or more times a day and when I answer no one is there

This number just started calling me 2 days ago and has called 50 times a day since! And i just finally tried calling this number back and they hung up on me! Whoever you are stop this! I am broke as it is and i have a prepaid phone and have a family of 4 so leave me the hell alone!!!!

These a-holes call me every day and every night, usually 3 to 5 times in the same hour. They leave no message. When I call the number back it gives me 3 options...

Press 1 to talk to a customer service agent (dosent say who they are, company name, etc., just customer service rep.

Press 2 if you wish to be put on their "do not call list."

Press 3 to hang up.

Now no matter what you do you will NOT get a live person, or be able to leave a message. When you press 1 it says "please hold Ill transfer you. Then after a minute or so it says " we apologize, but due to high call volume, all customer service reps are busy with other calls," then the system hangs up on you. And you get this message day and night, dosent matter when you call, you will never get a live person.

When you press 2 it says " we are sorry but our mailbox is full, please try back at another time," and their so called mailbox is always full, and has been for months.

And Option 3 is just dumb, the other 2 options hang up on you after a minute or so anyway so I dont see the reason for Option 3.

I still dont know who these people are or why they are calling me so much. A company that calls you 5 times from 8 P.M. to 9:00 P.M EVERY SINGLE NIGHT that is not a collection agency is a joke to me and has to be illegal!!! Its harrasement and super annoying, and next time they call I will pick up before my machine gets it and give them a piece of mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this number calling at all times. i don't answer. this evening they called back to back every 10-15 minutes. help! how do i get them to stop

these people call me at least 8-10 times per day. The first time they called , I told them that I was not interested. But they keep calling and calling. It is a shame that I am forced to turn off my phone. Is there anything that can be done about this harrassment?

Well, I am glad that I am not the only one.  Have been calling me non-stop for two days.  This really sucks.  I thought my stalker was back.

This number calls like about 4 times at night what it to stop!

STOP CALLING ME PERIOD

Hello everyone, thanks for the information, i got their website and doesn't work. The website is http://www.grantdirector.com/ when pressing forgot password, it says that doesn't work. So this company is not legit.

Doing the exact same thing to me! Today all of a sudden I've been getting text messages and phone calls from all kinds of weird numbers trying to sell me things and one from someone claiming to be chase bank asking for my account information. This number is the only one however that is calling CONSTANTLY. (oop yep just called me AGAIN as i'm typing). I've tried calling the number back and it just says "you've reach the customer service center" When I press the option to speak to a representative It says no one is available and I've tried the option to take me off their call list and clearly that has done nothing.

Called my house 5 times in the last 45 minutes and will not say anything! I am sick of this crap!

Sounds like a scam to get bank acct info... they got very upset that I would not give them my bank info for a charge they said would only be $2.
