T-Mobile?  Yeah, I'll get right on that.  NOT.  I had them for three weeks - literally ONE DAY over the 20-day trial period - and the piece of crap obsolete phone they sold me started acting up.  Took it to the store and I had to buy a new SD card because they said the old one went bad; the store didn't even believe me when I said I'd bought the phone less than a month prior, because they NO LONGER SOLD IT.  From that point on, the phone was basically useless - dropping calls, not allowing calls to go in or out, texting was not working, apps wouldn't work... and it took another three weeks to convince T-Mobile to send out a replacement.  They sent the SAME obsolete phone model, instead of upgrading me to the next model up (I had bought the Galaxy S, because of an issue at Walmart I couldn't get the S2 and T-Mobile refused to work with me on that).  The replacement also did the same thing.  T-Mobile's response was that since the phone was so old, I wouldn't be able to use most apps because they're geared towards newer operating systems.  So what was the freaking POINT of getting a smart phone, if I can't even use it?

I am sending them a letter soon that is going to inform them that due to the multiple issues and the long time taken to try and resolve them, I am considering them to be in breach of contract and I refuse to pay the early termination fee.  We'll see what they say about THAT...

It is not Tmobile it is a SCAMMER saying they are Tmobile and going after your information and money. I have NEVER had a Tmobile account and they are calling my house non stop. Never EVER give out your personal information and credit card numbers to random calls. These people are scum and wastes of human flesh and I hope they die from a terrible disease.

They call me twice daily claiming I owe them for a month that I did not even have them as my carrier.  I paid my final bill...per the CS Rep it was my final bill at least.  Even after paying what was SUPPOSED to be my final bill I am receiving these calls saying I owe them another final bill.   This is their way of squeezing cash out of people who figured out how much their service sucks.  I asked them to send me a statement in the mail since they disabled my online account so that I could have record of what I supposedly owe...no statement no proof of service at that time, I will not pay.
Dont answer these calls it must be a scam, and if its not why dont they just send me to collections already like thier recording states they will...its been two months already with the non-stop daily calls....

I dropped them as a carrier and they are calling me for payment.  I sent it in the mail because I tried to pay my bill online but the minute you drop them as a carrier they close your account  and you are unable to pay electronically.  They called me and I didn't recognize the number so I called them and left a message with the girl that the check was mailed and I suggested they let you at least pay your account online till the balance is paid.   The funny thing about it is the balance is just due this Sunday so it's not even past due.  I dropped T Mobile because their service is terrible.  You can't hear people sometimes and get dropped calls or no service.  I went to Metro so I won't have a contract.  Metro is great.  I hope when they merge with T Mobile they don't become like them.   But  if they do I don't have a contract so that makes everything alot easier.   T Mobile sucks.

I also just left T-Mobile for Virgin and started getting these calls almost immediately. I get them a couple times a day at least. I answered twice, and there was no one on the other end. Thankfully, my new phone has the ability to block numbers (automatically decline calls from a particular number).  I just turned that on so I won't have to be bothered anymore. It's very frustrating because they never leave a message. Plus, it's not like they didn't know I was switching - I wrote them a letter over a month ago detailing why I was unsatisfied and that I would be switching to another company when my contract was up!

I never had T-Mobile but got the robomachine call several times today.  Finally answered and it asked if I was someone I've never heard of before, obviously worng number.  The robot refused to let me speak to anyone without entereing my cell number, and hung up on me.  I'm sure they'll call back.  Can't find contact info on T-Mobile's site either.

I, like many others on here, have recently switched to AT&T from TMobile since their service sucked and I was paying $120/month for the crap service.  I also get a discount through my job with AT&T so it's much cheaper for me.

Anyway, I just started receiving this phone calls twice a day on my cell and usually once at night on my landline....my dad thinks I owe money since they are calling the house line and I can't get him to understand that that's just not the case.  It's really annoying and causing turmoil in my house!

Keep calling several times every day, without leaving any messages. Apparently T-Mobile, but could be some scammers posing as T-Mobile. I found numerous complains about this number online. Please stop this company making these calls. Thank you!

I am also someone who has cancelled service and a few weeks later started getting these calls, 2x a day for 3 days now.

If it's a scam, why does it happen to so many people right after they leave?

Right after I switched, I called them to find out my final amount and when I would get the bill. The CS rep was barely functional in English and couldn't tell me anything except to wait until I got my final statement. Still waiting close to a month later.  I tried to access the information online but they disabled my account within a day.

I switched to CREDO who reimburses the contract severance fee, but you have to submit documentation of it so I am REALLY motivated to get this bill. I'd LOVE to get the bill and pay it. I'm also not paying it until I get it, because then T Mobile really will have no motivation to send it.

Insane to make collections calls before the bill goes out!

Just switched from T Mobile wihin the past 3 weeks, got this call today, no message.

TMobile did not bother trying to court me back when I left, got a barely lingual phone rep who didn't seem to care and couldn't even tell me what my final balance would be or when the bill would come. Way to help confirm I made the right choice!

I would LOVE to get the last bill so I can pay it and get the remibursement process for the contract-breaking fee going with Credo mobile.

I doubt it has to do with delinquency as I have had this # for 11 years with TMobile and never had more than minor lateness and not at all in the past 3 years.

Plan on reporting TMobile to the FCC if this continues. Even if it's not them, they allowed a data breach that gave (other) theives my number.

You're number was once held by someone who had service with T-Mobile and hadn't or didn't pay their last bill.  You will continue getting calls from this number even after the last bill has been paid, its best to block the call completely as they will never leave a voicemail.

Even if your number was assigned to you by a phone carrier your number could have been used previously.
