Already got 3 calls this morning from random numbers (Montana, N.J., Idaho). The only thing I can think of is that I placed an order with 1800 Contacts last night that requested my phone number. Really lame.

I have NEVER been to any of the sites mentioned (Premium White) for any sample YET I am getting calls, at least 2 a day and just got another one not 5 minutes ago!

Yes it's Premium White. I didn't order online because they put into an automatic billing plan. The phone rep said I could try the sample without the auto-plan and only order more if I want to. I went for it.

Wow. Was seeing if this website worked.. lol.. and it does. haha.. I remember a couple weeks ago I had filled out the info on the Premium White website.. You know what they say "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is... " LoL

Go to www.youmail.com and you can ditch the caller and place them in a blocked numbers list so they cannot leave you a message. You can also select a message to play for them to hear that your number has been disconnected. I too fell for "free" ad and it was a slick little google advert or pop up that said something like "don't pay for white teeth" "Secret teeth whitening trick discovered by local mom" and uses your DNS to make it look like is is a local advert. It is a slick internet credit card scam to charge unauthorized charges to your credit card. The stupid ad is right here on this page right now listed as perfectlywhite.com and consumertips-weekly.com.

Go to live chat on premium white website and ask to be removed from their call list.

I made the mistake of visiting the Premium White site for teeth. Another mistake, I gave my telephone number, DO NOT GIVE YOUR TELEPHONE # TO THEM! They said it was free then wanted a credit card. Clicked off the site, now They are hounding me constantly over the phone. This number is from a Landline in Closter, New Jersey,
STAY AWAY FROM PREMIUM WHITE, TOOTH WHITNER KIT !

this is premium white... I clicked an ad a few days ago for a tooth whitening kit. the kit was supposed to be free for a limited time only... I filled in my info then it wanted a credit card for the shipping charges. I closed the window immediately then got a text message to my cell phone. now they are calling me. f*** sakes. stay away from premium white. they will stalk you.
