received a call from this number..when i answered, some music started playing for about 5 seconds, then they hung up

They called me and ask if I wanted to quit smoking. I ask if this is a telemarketer they said "Oh know and started their spill". I told them to and I do not know where it came from lol to "lose my number and my name what a shame, I am not a smoker, next time you call you will hear from my attorney and that will be my gain."

Same thing. Two calls but no message. Got this from a number in Michigan last month just like this. Found out it was a scam. If you try and call thier number you just get a message machine. Then you get more calls from the same number without a message.

Report EACH call. FTC Fines are $16,000 for EACH violation, CRTC 15,000 for EACH violation.
