Couldn't understand the guy.  When I asked if he was with PSE&G, he said he is a supplier & can save fme $.  They are a scam, they wanted my account number.  I hung up and didn't answer when he called back.

This number calls my cell phone, leaves a 3 second voicemail that is just noise, then hangs up. When I try to call the number back, it automatically disconnects.

I've received a call from this number  it  was a men with an accent, asking if i'm taking medication? I,ve said no thanks ...  

Called twice in an hour .. Told the first gal I was going to report her to the FCC if she called again.. So a guy called next time. Told him the same thing.. Sounds like some sort of ESCO

Same here. Some guy asked to speak to the person paying my electric bill. Claims to be from PSEG. No idea how they got my number but it's getting annoying.

This number calls my cell phone. No msg every time. Says Hackensack, NJ. Thank you to those who called the number back. Makes me sad these unsolicited phonecalls.

They called on a Holiday!!! This is outrageous! It's the 4th of July.
Answered and asked to be removed from their list all their lists and they guy wouldn't hang up... Foreign accent asking for a reason why I wanted to be removed!?

I have also received multiple calls from this number over the past couple of weeks. I tried calling back and a message said it was not a working number. Anyway answered a call from this number yesterday and a man said he wanted to save me 10% on my pseg bill- he said I would remain a pseg customer but the source of my energy would be them but my bill would still come from pseg . I said I would research this  and he said he will call back today- it all seems suspicious and obviously I'm not interested. Is it best to ignore future calls or answer and request that he does not call again?

Received calls yesterday and today from this number on my cell.  I use my cell only for emergencies so very few people have the number and I don't answer unless I know who it is.  I did a reverse phone number lookup and it showed a landline in Union City, NJ  After viewing the posts here I've now blocked the number.  Thanks.

I have been getting calls from this number and 631-282-8397 on my cell phone as well as various other number on my work phone. They are all trying to scam for energy bill info and alleged "savings" I can get. The ones on my cell phone I have been telling them to go F*** themselves for bugging me with this BS. The work phone calls have been even more interesting.

I pissed one guy off after I cut him off during his speech. I told him not to waste my time soliciting BS. He insisted that he was not soliciting anything and kept trying to get info from the PSE&G bill. I hung up and he decided to call back within minutes... literally the very same guy. So I cut him off again and explained that he's full of s*** and he's trying to solicit services with no information for the person he wants to speak to or any info on what company he is calling. He hung up on me when I wouldn't let him get a word in and started badgering him with rapid fire questions like, "Why are you calling a restaurant during lunchtime?" "Do we have an account with you?" "Why would you try to call and solicit without knowing the name of the person you wanna speak to?" Who calls demanding information when they don't even know what state they are calling?" "Why are you calling me from California?" "What company are you from?"

I have actually enjoyed yelling at them and making them feel stupid before I hang up.

Please stop calling my cell phone. I'm disabled. Don't need you wasting my mins. Go get a Life!

The guy called me too and said he was from PSE&G and asked me if I use this company for my electric and I said no I use JCP&L and then he started telling me he's calling from PSE&G AND JCP&L.  It's a scam.

I get a call almost daily frm this number....no messages....no answer if I pick up..????

Totally a spam number!  Called to get PSE&G information.  This is a landline?  C'mon, people, someone's gotta bust this idiot.

These a***oles have been calling me for over a week now. I pick up and speak spanish on horribly cause i dont speak it and the guy gets mad telling me to speak english. ahahahha total scam f*** them

Do not answer this call.  It is from a very pushy salesman trying to sell energy.  We talked to this person and he wanted our electric acct # to verify that we were interested in receiving information about the energy rates. We asked him to send us the information in writing and he said he must have the acct # to do that.  Very suspicious.  When we told him we were not interested and to not call anymore - he persisted in calling back.  He is still calling....

i got a call from this number , it was rubbish  , the guy was asking me whether i am a American \ indian \ mexican , i have never used PSEG as well.

they keep calling everyday for the past week. no answer when i pick up. no message is left if i dont. i call back and it says the number was disconnected or something.

Because the number is spoofed.  I'd therefore conclude that whomever called you is NOT on the up-and-up.  Now you know not to answer if they call again.

I've gotten three phone calls from this number over the course of about a week.  The first two times I didn't answer the phone in time.  The third time I answered in time.  A foreign sounding man asked to speak with the person who pays the gas and electric bill.  I asked for the name of the person  he was calling for.  He gave the right name but I felt very suspicious.  I told him that person wasn't home.  The man hung up.  I've checked the number on the Internet since, 1-201-351-7851, and it seems many others have received mysterious phone calls.  This is some type of scam.  People, beware!  Too much of who we are is out there in the Internet.  We have to protect ourselves from people who want to hurt us.

That number just call my wife with the same thing,  saying its from pse&g asking for a credit card
call back from my job number and its out of service.

Called me saying I was the one In charge of billing for pseng, but I'm 17 and live in foster car. He pisses me off and I'm waiting for him to call me again so I can trace it.
