I received a message from 201-376-1608 and all it said was to call back regarding a matter, left no name or company name. Just his phone number and a case #. I am pretty sure this is not a legitimate call because a name and company should have been said, otherwise this individual is unprofessional.

Received a call from Mr. Grey, he said he was with ACS and to contact him at 201-367-1608 within 24 hours or he would advise his client to go ahead with legal action. He never ID'd the client or the proper name of his company or what the supposed legal action might be.

The number showed up on my cell phone as a private.I didnt answer it.A Mr.Greg left me a voicemail stating either myself or my attorney contact him at (201) 367-1608. He further stated: "File Number, 825830. As result of an internal audit of your account. My client has requested that I render a decision on your behalf as to whether or not to proceed with possible further action against you. Additionally, Im scheduled to sign off on the final paperwork regarding you and this matter and to expedite documentation to the State of Arkansas and locally in Little Rock. In view of the circumstances which you currently find yourself, particularly with regard to your past history with my client, I advise you that it is in your best interest to communicate." The problem is, he did not state the name of the company nor the satement, "this is an attempt to collect a debt" so I am not sure if this is legit or not.

I just recieved a call @ 9;31 am cst 5/2/12 The man said his name was Mr. Gray and that either I or my attorney needed to contact him back due to an internal audit with his client and was currently going to sign off on paperwork with the state of florida and the city i live in and it would be in my best interest to contact him. gave me a file # as well. Said something about my past history with his client ? Strange

Mr. Finkle just called me, indicating he is a "Litigation Officer" and was pushy, interruptive and rude. The last time, he acted as if he was doing me some great favor, and indicated he was blocking my arrest, which we both know cannot happen w/o due process. I allowed him to continue on the first time and asked that he 'not call me anymore' - this time I asked same and he continued to talk, I asked him to cease and he kept talking about my arrest, and trying to intimidate me. The companies he works for should be ashamed of themselves. How can I report him? He won't specifiy his role other than that he is a Litigation Officer and lends you to believe an officer of the law, which I know this to not be true.

I received a call from this number this morning at 8.:26am 12/01/11.  He asked either my lawyer, or myself to call this number or he will be expidate for further concerns.  He was very rude, and no explanation on what it was about.  I do not have anything pending out there.  Be aware!

recieved a call from 201-367-1608 today and did not answer the phone, but a mr greg left a message that a file had come accross his desk and that i needed to contact him or he was going to render a decision for a case #. He advised me in this message to call him back or have my attorney call him back.

I got a phone call from this same Guy stating I got payday loans and he also had file,he called my Job today at 1:50 11/14/2011 stating I had until 6:00 to send papers he. I received a phone call from this Mr. Finkle at my place of employment. He was very abrupt and rude as he attempted to identify me. I spoke with him about a payday loan that he claims was presented to his office as a fraudulent check written account for Thinkcash.com. He threatened me with litigation in court and that he would be sending papers to my work and home and I would be asssessed charges from his office as well as for court costs. He stated he was calling from NY, I am not sure if this is a real company as he voicemail says " you have reached Mr. Tony Finkle's office...."

Any help on how to research the legitimacy of MR. FINKLE's business please help.

I received a rude phone call from a Mr. Finkle. Mr. Finkle called my phone asking for Aaron Olsen and claimed he will bring a lawsuit in my state of South Carolina if I do not respond to him in twenty four hours. It is obvious some type of scam, please beware.

I received the same phone from Mr. Finkle today. He actually left a rude voice message stating I was delinquent. However, he called to speak to Aaron Goodson?

I am not sure if this is one of them, but a Mr. Finkle contacted me from here (yes, said Mr. Finkle) and that he just received my file on his desk. He wanted to give me the courtesy of time that he was not afforded. So I had until 4 pm the next day to return his call. When I called the number back with *67, the person answered "Mr. Finkle's Office?" If it is a real office, why not answer with the company? It comes up as a landline so could they be that stupid or no? Just wondering is all. The carrier is Mci Metro
