Been getting this call every night between 8pm and 9pm pst for weeks.  At least 5-6 calls in that hour.  I've tried to answer, call back and the #2 option and they keep calling.  No answer and no one there when I answer.  Tonight there was a female with a middle eastern accent when I answered saying they were from some teeth whitening co.  I wen't off on her, but in a nice way.  All she would say is uhh.  uhhh. uhhhh.  I told her to take me off their call list and she hung up on me???  wtf?  These people need to be stopped.  Will be interesting to see if they call back tomorrow.

They keep call me too.  It is really annoying now.

I have had 18 calls from this # from 10a.m. to after five. If i dont know your # I will not answer and if you dont leave a message i will NOT call you back.

This is for Tom Alderman, who says he's the CEO of Super Star Smile. My experience with your company is this: I've received about a dozen phone calls from your company in the last 3 days. For the first eleven of those calls, no one was on the caller end of the phone. When I called back to thw number on the caller ID, 201-383-2719, I received only a machine which said I had the option to speak to someone, but, when pressing that option, I was told everyone was too busy to talk. Unfortunately, that was false, since the machine made no effort to transfer but simply paused for a few seconds. When the machine suggested trying another option, nothing, again, happened.

This afternoon, a call came in from the company. I questioned the person on the line. I was first told the company was located in Portland, Oregon. Because I persisted with questions, I was transfered to a "supervisor" who gave the name "Kevin Villanova." I asked more questions. Kevin told me the company was located at a certain street in Denver. This came as a suprise to the company actually at the address given (I followed up and called the company there, which is a roofing company). I was also told by Kevin that Super Star Smile personnel can not give out the telephone number, mailing address, contact persons, email addresses or other useful information of the company. No one with whom I spoke could explain why the caller ID gave a New Jersey number (the 201 number above).

The way this scam usually works, when you ask questions of companies like this, they will give some contact information that is taken directly from someone else they've try to contact. Hence the address I got was likely someone they've previously called and the name "Kevin Villanova" is also likely someone on their contact list. FOr other people who have posted to this, part of the danger in dealing with a company like this is that they are apt to use your name, address, etc., as contact information by the next people in line on their hit list.

If "Tom Alderman" wants to post some real information on this company on this blog, I'll be happy to check it out. You want to be trusted, Tom, you need to give out real information. I'd want to know their state of incorporation and the name of their service agent. If they really are incorporated, that info is already public information- you just need to know the state of incorporation. I don't have time to track down all the lies I was told earlier today.

For all of you who have been scammed by this company, contact the Attorney General's Office in your home state and complain. Also, complain to the AG's Office in any state in which you think the company has dealings- look at the return address on any shipment they make to you. (Most Attorney General offices have a consumer protection department.) While I would expect the AG's offices can't go after every complaint, at some point the balance will tip and they'll track this company down.

Just got 2 calls from this number and a hang up each time.  Tried calling back, and it just rings twice and then gives me a busy signal.

how do you stop them from calling

I got a call every 30 mins today from this number each time I say hello there is a moment of silence before they hang up on me. They never leave a message. And after calling back for some time I finally get though only to ask if I wanna talk to a live person or get on the do not call list. Which by the way does not work. Nor the first option there is always no one avaliable to answer you.

They keep calling me.  I hit option 2 to remove my number from their data base numerous times but they keep calling.  What ever happened to the Federal do not call list?  Why do these callers not get fined?

Keep getting calls from this number, no one picks up or anything, when I try to call it back it says "All circuits are busy now"

I have been receiving calls from this number more than 60 times in just four days. Just like everybody's, no voice, no one is there and can't remove my phone number from their list. How can we stop this? it has to be a way..................

I have gotten numerous calls from these people, starting at 5:am on my cell.  No message and you can't call them back.  What a great way to make friends!

I keepe recieving calls from the number and when I or anyone else tries to call the number back it doesn't ring or do anything

same here for the past 2 weeks i have got at least 50 calls from them and when i answer no one says anything and when i call back to push #2 to have my number removed, it hangs up on me!!!!

Since initial; call of (3) weeks ago from a young lady selling teeth whitener, have received 75-100 calls from (201) 383-2719. Each time I answer, no voice on other end. I called that number (3) times to leave a "do not call' (prompt #2). Other times I called, all representatives are busy. The product in question is

I spoke with a Ms. Sandra Gomez (supervisor) who said she heard from one other about this problem and her company is investigating. I realize this is not her fault, but made it very clear I will pursue a complaint (and I will) with the Att. Gen. office. Can those of you in N.J. (201 phone excahange) call the local phone co. to complain?

Folks--and if any of you as concerned as I am--keep pressing a resolution. Call Ms. Gomez. For Denver residents, pay a personal visit. I am furious and you are too I suspect. I think its probably a phone systems problem and not a planned personal harrassment situation.

I wrote to the New Jersey Attorney General and I spoke with an officer in New Jersey, also the Houston Police. Going to keep at it. I had to hear this jerk call all day long. I can't very well silence my phone when we're waiting for my son's father to call in from Iraq. When I answered once, (because if I don't answer they call again and again and again but if I answer I get a break for a few minutes) my toddler was babbling at me and handing me a toy- it sounded like there was a man laughing in the background.
I'm quite disturbed.

I went online to Super Star Smile, to get their free treatment, then realized I had to pay shipping and handling. So, I backed out of the online form, but didn't erase my information... I just got 2 calls on my cell within 10 minutes of each other.  I called it back and pressed #2 to add my number to the"do not call" list.  We'll see if it works.!

As the others have said, the calls keep coming with no one there. Some broken auto-dialer.

Tired of this number calling my number received 5 calls today.  Stop them.
