They keep calling me.  I am tired of it.  I hang up, they call back the next day.  I speak in another language, they call back.  I tell them my son is a policeman...does not make a difference.  They keep calling and calling.  I do not know what to do.

WHen you're searching for something on the Internet, do not answer yes when an ad comes up asking about grants for school or information about any kind of medical help that may be available, insurance,  etc. If you do, you just gave them permission to start calling you. I made the mistake. The same guy keeps calling with various items to buy. Beware, it's not free it costs anywhere from $1.95 to $3.95 the only problem is he has to have a credit card or a debit card and never give the code on back of card. If he gets that, then they can charge even more things to your the card.

Few minutes ago I received a call from this number and it is only one of dozens since Thanksgiving-ish.  He always asks for Jackie (my name starts with an A and I have no middle name), when told no one by that name lives at the number this guy asks if anyone in the house has had back surgery.  When told no he asks for my name (which I don't give).  I have asked repeatedly to speak with someone who speaks English so they can understand what "do not call this number again" means but he says he is the one that speaks the best English.  I have also every time asked to speak with his boss but get the "I am the boss" reply.  Today when he asked for Jackie, my first comment was "oh for F's sake" which he asked me to repeat so I did.  He then asked for Jackie again and I said she doesn't live at this number.  He then asked if Jackie was available to speak so I started screaming NO in every language that I know hoping one version would be understood then I hung up on him.  

Called here and left a message.  The man kept saying, "hello, hello"  said my name and pronounced it wrong and with a strong accent.  My name is not hard to pronounce-haha.  These people had called here before but left no message.  Must be getting desperate now.  Would block them but my phone can not hold any more block #s.  I keep on ignoring them.

Calls my husband phone and asks for me,  I got on the phone the first time that he called and he said that he wanted to help me with my medical bills (I have none) and I told him that I do not need his help and that I am not sure what the heck he was calling me for and that he had no business asking me about anything that is about my medical and to not call again.  he just keeps calling my husband business phone #.  

2014127562 / Sociopathic india based scam caller.  Uses fake names and scam tactics.  Has partner criminals as well.  Tell this individual you will shoot them in the face if they keep calling.  This is a highly dangerous caller and you should contact your local authorities about this caller.

They're scammers working out of India.  Being basically criminals they pretty much ignore US or any other country's laws. Get a call blocker. Don't answer calls you do not recognize.  This is a common scam from India.

After blocking a bunch of numbers from these callers in the past, like clockwork, they sprout up with new numbers for the same purpose that's been discussed here and other threads.  Of course, if you try calling back it does absolutely no good since the actual number doesn't exist.  I would really like to throttle the person that invented spoofing.  There should be technology to recognize this and stop it so our phone doesn't ring, period.  It gets quite annoying having to add phone number after phone number to block.  And yes, there is a free service out there called Nomorobo, but my phone companies, landline and cell,(and two different companies, to boot) are too cheap to even bother.  If they're attempting to make their own blocking technology, they have been doing a very poor job at it.

I just got a call from the same person. Heavy accent (from India?)said he was calling to help with my state compensation, then he hung up on me.   I am on the Do Not Call List.

Received a call from this number at 3:40 Pacific time today on my cell phone.  I am on the national and state Do Not Call lists.  I also have "Call Control".  When these calls come to my phone, if I don't know the number, and it's not already blocked by the Call Control Community Black List, I disconnect the call, then check 800notes, and others, to see what's been said, then I add it to the "Call Control" black list.  I have no idea how they get my number, I don't give it out!  My phone is for my personal private use and I intend to keep it that way.

I have been receiving these calls for MONTHS! They called me 3 times on Thanksgiving Day alone! Today, it is the 201 number, it used to be a 532 number. Now, I immediately ask for their supervisor before they can even finish their first sentence. I am yet to be transferred...always hung up on.
Today, I asked for the call back number, he repeated his company name 3 times, I stated I was asking for a phone number, not the company name! He hung up on me. These people are persistent, I too am on the do not call list which I have mentioned several times, not that what I say is understood due to their poor English.

Called my cell, asked by name for someone not at this number. Asked me if I owned the number; I replied by asking what the call is about. Offered compensation for injuries sustained as a result of surgical mesh implantation. No thank you. I hung up, added the number to my "block" list.

Do Not Call lists are for 800 numbers. Many of these 'companies' are no longer using 800 numbers - so now they get through. You have to block the number yourself through your phone if you are being 'harassed'. Comcast users use *67 to block numbers.

Heavy Indian Accent from India. I had a hard time understanding him. He told me I had surgery a while ago. I asked him to be specific on the surgery. He said Vaginal mesh/bladder sling. I told him I never had this surgery. I told him that my number is on the do not call list do not call again.

I believe this to be a scam. HIPPA regulations require that this information not be shared with any members of the public.

This "guy:- very heavy accent calls every so often from different numbers. He said; "Bladder surgery, a long time ago"- I said; "No, good try; I'm taping you" and I slammed down the phone. The first time he called; I listened- he got very nasy and kinda pornographic- he ended up calling me "A little BI***: and hung up. I, too,  am on the Do Not Call List" JERK!!!

Had no idea what this guys name was as I could not understand a word that came out of his mouth. Repeatedly asked to speak with someone who spoke proper English. He just kept rambling on in his broken English. Finally hung up on him.

I had the same number called me and asked me if I've had a bladder surgery. I told him no and to put me on the do not call list. Then he asked if I had any children??? I told him that it was non of his business. He said we I need to know this info to put you on the "do not call list"!!! I told him first of all "if I had any surgeries in the past that is confidential info and If he doesnt put me on that list I will contact my lawyers!! He said ok ma'am I will put you on our "do not call list"!! lol I say definetly a SCAM!!!!

We got a call from this number today at 1:48 pm, and it was blocked by our call blocker. The caller ID was UNKNOWN NAME. When I called back I heard a recording that the number was not in service, so it must be a spoofed number.

Hi y'all, sad to say beat goes on!  Called me, no VM left.  I add them in my BB Contacts with Do NOT Answer, in this case Surgery SCAM!  Take care!

2014127562.  That's one of many different spoofed numbers this individual calls from.  Not sure if he's a telemarketer or a scammer, or what.  He calls repeatedly like daily, and has for well over a few months.  He uses fake names, but in the background you can hear call center activity.  I had to turn on call blocking, because he somehow was able to appear with all 0's as the caller id source.  Have filed multiple complaints with codonotcall, and will continue to file complaints.  Dear individual who keeps calling me;  I hate you and will continue to berate you viciously, every time you call my home phone number.  I'm going to find out who you are one day, and I'll pay you a personal visit that you won't walk away from. /  HORRENDOUS CALLER.  WORST OF THE WORST.  DO NOT TRUST THIS INDIVIDUAL. / Dated;  04/2014

I did the samething & number is not working.

This same person has been calling me from various numbers,  Today he is John Martin, last time he was John Smith.  I told him I was Pocahontas and that he had the wrong number.  I cannot understand one word he is saying either.

Calls for my grown daughter.  Uses her first name, which she does not go by.  She has never lived at this number.  Cannot speak understandable English.  Immediately hangs up when I say, "this is her father, state your business."

Call from Americo in Texas for medical compensation for a surgery "you had a long, long time ago". After asking several times, I was told bladder sling surgery. I have NEVER had this surgery. This is 3rd time they've called and the 3rd time I told them not to call back.

This is a scam.. This person asks personal info. States he knows your medical history and wants to help get you compensated. Turn them into the local FBI YOU CAN FIND THE NUMBER IN THE PHONE BOOK UNDER FEDERAL AGENCIES

I'm tired of these people calling me. Especially since I've asked them SEVERAL times not to, AND my number is on the Do Not Call list. These damn people can't even speak English. I need them to stop.
