This is documented scam for testing a free iPhone5. You enter your 'Confirmation Code' sent to your cell phone at http://iphone5tester.us. Doing so will require you involve yourself in survey taking, evaluating credit card offers (some of which are required to be taken and used) before you at some point MAY become eligible to 'earn' an iPhone5 to 'test'. Or so they say. It has apparently been linked to a banned Iranian Facebook page.
Don't fall for this lame scam that preys on people's desire to get something for nothing.
Common sense should reasonably prevail here. Think about it. Apple would NEVER send product testing requests randomly out to the general public in this fashion.
Avoid. Run away.
