Tup they called me to enter into a 25,000 $ sweepstakes and will not stop calling so I changed my number and cancelled my credit card because stupid me got sucked into a subscription that I'm not getting what they said I would so I told them to cancel it and they said no and won't stop calling me. Next step is to report them to the bbb because I checked into it and they are not accredited through them.

I received a call from this company.... I answered... Big mistake, I they told me that I would receive 3 magazines for 12 $ a month, be put into a draw to win 25,000$ and get a fancy watch. Mind you they don t tell you that you have to pay the shipping which is about 30 bucks.. No thanks. I m to the point where I m just going to let them put me into collections, maybe that way they ll stop calling me.

I'm goin through the exact same thing except they told me I only had three days to cancel and that I won't a free watch which I still haven't recieved and its been about six months since

SAME WITH ME!!! their very rude too. sometimes I get a phone call from "aaron carter" and "britney spears". They will hang up on you if you ask to speak with a supervisor. have you been able to have them stop calling you?

Do  not get sucked into this BS. They called me a stated that I ve been selected to enter a draw for  25,000, which was a pile of crap. They use these statements to lure you in and then next thing you know your getting billed for magazines that are crap or don t even show. And when you tell them to cancel ... OMG do they get their bi*** on.... stating that their going to put you in collections if you refuse to pay... Please just do yourself a favor and do not pick up the phone. AND BLOCK THIS NUMBER!!!!

This number calls constantly......first off they called and offered free this and free that as I was a great credit card customer.....so went through the process my understanding I had 30 days to cancel and which once I did the math discovered it was a rip off and called to cancel as I had not received any magazines either when I was told 7-14 days for them to come after first payment is received which they got the same day as the call

so bottom line I come to find out it is a 6-8 week waiting period and only 3 days to cancel.....when I told them that no it was my understanding it was 30 days they got very vulger and rude....he then said I will play the recorded message I sd go ahead it makes no difference ...... he played it I still heard her say 30 days n I told him that and also said why do I have to make all these payments with no product not appropriate.......he then began yelling and making threats so I said hope you record this message to with the way u r being good bye sont call back .... they continue to call 15 or more times a day........they call in spurts of 3-4 calls each time starting at 7 am and finishing by 11 pm.....I told them I am not paying I do not want the product and cancelled in resonable time please stop calling
they still persist

I also wanted to ad that this company is the same company that just sold product to my 14 year old child as well ...... so they are not very thorough in their sales!!!!

i also have had this number call me about 6 times a week. they claim to be a magazine company from the states plz dont take the call its a scam

they will also take money from different accounts so the only option is to close your account and get a new one

this is exactly what happened to my friend and she had to get her bank shut down as they took over 400$

They did the same thing to me. I emailed them as soon as I got the material in the mail and now they're phoning me and demanding payments. They say I didn't cancel within the 10-day period. I asked them if they deliberately waited to send out the materials so that everyone would be unable to cancel within their time frame. I cancelled my credit card, so they can't put any more charges on it. For the approx. $110 they put on my credit card, I have received 2 magazines for each month. Pretty expensive magazines, if you ask me. I figure they owe ME money. My phone logs show that these people are phoning my house about 10 times a day. Well, tonight I told them to stop phoning my house, as I am not giving them another cent. The guy threatened me with Court action and I told him to go right ahead, as I have everything I need for a good defence in Court. He kept going on about giving me bad credit, so I laughed in his face and told him I was 65, a retired pensioner and what the hell did I need credit for anyway at this stage in my life. I actually don't need any, so I don't care what they do. If they sue me, you bet I am going to turn up in Court and we'll see what a judge has to say about their tactics.

Thanks for all the information.  This same number has called my cell phone at least 10 times in two days, thank goodness, when they call I am at work, so I haven`t answered the phone.  I am putting a block on this number on the phone. I don`t need anymore magazines.

I believe this is a scam for magazine purchasing. I have received no product but they want me to pay, keep insisting it takes 6-8 weeks to get magazine, I am unable to cancel my subscription they tell me, which with any company you can cancel at any time, they keep calling and calling to get me to pay and I keep telling them to cancel and I don't want their magazine or product, so they threaten to send it to a collection agency, they also stated a huge amount of 600.00 that I owe and I have never bought from them.  I have received 8 calls in 2 days and they said they were going to make more.

I received a call from this number for a magazine subscription which I haven't received, so refused to pay and wished to cancel, which of course they won't let you, even if any magazine that you order you can cancel at any time and they will refund your money or you return what you already got not opened.  They phone and phone trying to get me to pay, but I repeatedly tell them to cancel the order, no money is coming to them and I refuse to accept any magazines.  They then threatened to send to collection agency.  I repeatedly tell them no, but they continue to hassle me.  One phone call informed me that the account is 600.00 but I have never received anything from them.  We have told them also to stop calling, but they carry on.

This number has called my phone 4 times in the last four hours. I don't know who they are and what they want and they never leave a message. Any ideas who they are>?

This number is for a magazine company. They have called me 4 times today, and some days it's even more!
First time they called, it was 7 am MST and I answered. A lady told me that I could get 3 magazines for fifty some odd dollars a month, a free Swarovski watch, and I could cancel at anytime. I said sure, because I have quite a few watches and I felt I could add to my collection, and cancel anytime... I paid first month and never received my watch, so I didn't pay anymore... It was early and it sounded like a decent deal. They called me and asked why I hadn't paid, an I told them that I did not receive my watch and would like to cancel. The man I spoke to said I would have to pay the 5 months or whatever oweing in order to cancel, so I asked for the customer service number, and he refused to give it to me until I had made a payment. I actually received the magazines... But they lied when they said I could cancel anytime, and it bothers me that they would refuse to give me their customer service number unless I paid.

DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS! Or answer and tell them to stop effing calling you!

I recently went on line about order acia berry ever since then I get calls every 10 mins from this number i had to block it.

Got A call from this phone number.  Same as above-get the $1000 online shopping spree and 3 monthly magazines for free if you subscribe to either: 1 weekly magazine for $3.89 per week
OR: 2 monthly magazines for a combined price of $3.89 a week for 60 months.  It's a promotion to try to get you to do the subscription.  If you do the math, it's $3.89/week x 52 weeks= $202.28 per year x 5 years (60 months) = $1011.40.  You are basically paying off the $1000 shopping spree by doing the promotion.  But you get 4-5 magazines a month for "free".

Gave them my info, but after figuring out the math I wish I could call back and cancel it.

theyve called me everyday since friday twice a day. i finally answered and they said ive won a $1000.00 online gift card and magazine subscriptions. i said i dont do magazines and they hung up

For the last 3 days, I've gotten multiple calls from this number each day.  They won't talk to me when I answer and it just hangs up.  I try calling back and it says all of the reps are busy and that they will call me back.  I'm blocking this number and that is my recommendation to everyone.

i just now got this call.  they told me that i won $1000 3 free magazine subscriptions but i had to pay for the 4th one.  after i got off the phone i did the math and realized that the 1000 dollars i won would end up paying for that 4th mag.  so basically i'm just getting 3 free magazines.  i just tried calling them back.  i cant get through.

Repeated calls from this number. When I answer the phone, no one responds and it hangs up.  IF you call back, there is only an automated machine that says someone will call you back, everyone is busy.  No company name identified
