Got a call from this number on my cell phone last night. I have only given my cell number to family members, so I don't answer if I don't recognize the number.I decided to google the number, just in case, and found this website.

Received a call from this number on both my cell and work phone.  Considering our work phone numbers are not published I'm assuming the numbers are being obtained from personal documents somehow...

I got calls from this number many times. I don't know where they got my number from and how I stop them from calling me and texting me again. I'm living in California.

Received a call from this number yesterday (7 April 09 @ 5:53pm) on my cell phone (which I have only given my number to close friends and relatives), I called back using my landline and got a recording that said the # was disconnected.  When I called, the line didn't ring, it seemed like it just kicked into an anwering machine type notification.  If there is a hell, I hope these people burn in it.

Just got a call from this number. I didn't pick up. Called back and it turned out its my grandmother that passed away last month.

just got this call stating that the factory warrenty is about to expire on my vehicle. no caller id showed. this is definitely spam.

They just called me on my cell 540.818.9810 I told them to call me back at work!  They did!  I love messing with these people! I always get the last laugh!

Just received a call from this number.  I didn't recognize the number and didn't pick up.  They did not leave a message.

got the same call @ 11:30 am today. didn't answer it. if i call it back, it says it's not a working number.

This is a place of employment and they continue to call about a cars warranty about to expire.  The call the main number of the school and it continues to roll over all the numbers associated with the school.  You can't speak to anyone there, it's all automated.  Very frustrating when this number continues to call.

Called my work Cell. Car warranty about to expire, which is obviously phony because my cars don't have warranties on them anyway. The phone is not in my name either. Tried to press 1 to talk to someone and it immediately hung up.

This is BS, someone should shut them down.

Bastards!  They have gotten a hold of my new cell phone number that I actually only use for text and email.  I am getting calls daily.  I think we should figure out who runs these places, get their phone numbers, and call them all day and all night until they leave us alone.

Yeah, I just got a call from them this morning; they left no message. This is a pretty new cell phone number; the only way it could have gotten out is through sending my resume around to job openings.

Obviously, one (or some) of the "jobs" was just for harvesting information. I wonder what spam I'm going to start getting.

Everyone-- be more careful with the job websites out there. Learn from my mistake.

I just got a call from this number not 10 minutes ago, but didn't pick it up.  Earlier today, I had ordered some items over the web, so for a minute I thought it might be the vendor calling me about a problem with the order.  But I checked the number and they are in a totally different part of the country.  I'm glad I googled up this website before calling them back.

Received a call on my cel from 201-934-0010. I didn't pick up. Very few people have my cel #. I'm so glad there's a site like this to check up on phonespam!

This is why i love the internet! Who's calling me from this number and leaving blank messages? Everyone else seems to know, so thanks for all the info! I've gotten about 10 of these and followed the remove your # process but the phone number keeps changing like above comments have reported. Such a pain in the butt!

didnt answer called back no one answered

I was expecting a call from this area, but missed the call. When I called it back, it had been disconnected.  Don't answer, it's not worth your time.

keep calling. and calling. trying to get me to buy insurance. i dont even have a damn car. driving me mad! can't call them.

They called me an hour ago and i didn't pick up. Searched the area code first and thought it might have been a friend from New Jersey so i called back and it was "Disconnected". I second the burn in hell statement.

Also called one of my cell phones this morning; was not around to see the call, also no message.  A note to those who find a residential listing for these types of numbers: overwhelming odds are that the number you see that is calling you is spoofed. Don't assume that John Smith or Chen Li or whoever has anything to do with the call you received. Someday, it could be your number that is forged somewhere and I'll bet you don't want to receive potentially hostile calls from people you didn't have anything to do with calling.

Same thing. I did get this number 201-934-0010. But I called back, it showed disconnection.

Got this call today.  Guess they haven't stopped these people.  Does anyone know of a few of those annoying update fax numbers - you know like the penny stock advisor or maybe a movie theater listing.  Maybe we could submit the phone number 201-934-0010 to some of those annoying subscriptions and being an automated fax send it will tie up their phone for a while trying to send the faxes.  Since we can't seem to get them caught, maybe we could get them to have to change their number a few times which might make it easier to catch them.
Anyway . . .

keep getting calls from this company re: car warranty running out. Have only received messages and have not spoken with them however it is annoying. I tried to call the number but it is disconnected. How can they call from there if it is disconnected? How come we cannot locate who they are? What is this about being under investigation for what? Law enforcement agency?

I picked up the 1st time; a warranty call. I did not pick-up the second time some days later.

Called back and got a warranty offer. So I asked for a B L O W job. He hung up.
