Call received on 2/25/14 at 8:33 am.  Telephone same as above. Said was calling from Federal Crime Investigation Bureau, Name --Mike Smits bage #25601.
Said calling on behalf of IRS, a warrant was being issued for my arrest, tried to contact several times. I failed to file form 61 under section 92 for the 2012.

In one sentence you've just confirmed that the callers from this number are frauds. You don't get calls informing you that "federal criminal investigations" are going on against you!
