I received the exact same phone call from Sgt. James Allen.  I called the number...just to see.  Mr. Regis must have gotten wiser because he told me that his name was Special Agent Regis.  He too told me that I won 5.5 Million and a 2012 Mercedes.  The wierd part is that they knew my home address.  Very scary!

I also received a call from  this phone # but spoke to Sgt Regis who told me the exact same thing but we had won 5.5 million dollars in a lottery.  I called the FBI in Louisville and was told the FBI doesn't have Sgt or Lt they are all Special Agents and there was no special agent Regis.  She said it was a SCAM and to let them know if they call back the FBI in Louisville are been notified.  She also said if the FBI calls you the caller id MUST say FBI then the branch they are not alloweed to just have a blocked number.  I think the reason the scammers picked the name Sgt Regis is because so many elderly people have watched Regis Philbin on TV for years and feel like he is a personnal friend of theirs.

I got a call from someone saying they were Sg. Allen of the Jamaica fraud Dept and our name had been found on a list that was found after the police busted a big scammer operation He gave me this number and said it was FBI headquarters in DC and I should call them. I did a reverse look up and found it was a residence in DC and it said the name was Toshie Okaya and it was a wireless number. Needless to say I didn't call the number.
