876-796-7543 claims to deliver publisher clearing house check at 3pm; asks for payment.

They call our office and ask for Francis Black. 876-377-4762 was the number they call. They have called every month for around 12 years. The last time they called, our office manager told them not to ever call back and they told her to F*** off.

I too have been inundated by lottery calls from  Jamaica.  Sometimes I get calls three times in a
day.  I have telephone service from Qwest in Iowa.  First they recommended call forwarding putting their numbers in the call fowarding, but that forwarding would mean all my calls would be forwarded to their numbers.  Then we tried a message saying  no solicatations.  These people were so brazen and  disregarded the message. I was not in but he had the "gentleman's bits" to leave a message.  Then I put these numbers be added to my call rejection feature.  Only this feature can have twenty-five numbers.

Here the numbers they used since the Feb. 23.  876-566-5950 from Jamaica; 855-760-5946; 876-858-3743; 855-760-5946; 877-275-1502; 876-858-3743.  

The company took down the complaint.  They also suggested I go on to web at www.donotcall.gov.  I have registered over a month ago so I can register a complaint.

I too am getting calls to my mom from JM in Trinity Jamaica but the phone number is 876-505-7279.  Actually were able to call and he answered and we gave him an ear full.  He made the mistake of calling at night before he could cancel the phone.  Of course by morning he had canceled the number and it is disconnected and he's on to the next.  We are taking steps to keep mom as she won't believe the winnings are not real which is all you can.  Educate and keeping my mom's accounts safe.

We keep getting calls from JM 876-505-7279.  We actually called him and he claims to be James McKenzie and it's all about fraud lotteries.  We told him we were calling the police on him and knew he lived in Trinity Jamaica.  You can put a phone number in Google and get the latitue and longitude.  He called mom (83)and we called back immediately.  Well he got an ear full and now we monitor all calls and put her on the do no call list, changed her accounts and monitor her mail.  We also called the AARP fraud hotline 1-800-646-2283.  They are relentless and there is nothing to do but educate and warn others.  He probably has a new phone number but JM is the same person over and over with different numbers.

I have a small update to my above post. I ahve found out that the number that keeps calling my mother is a cell phone registered to a J.M. in Trinity, Jamaica. I'll keep you all updated.

My 77 year old mother is receiving harassing calls from one of these 876 numbers. When she told them not to call her anymore he started cussing at her. Then they called and left a nasty, filthy, threatening message on her answering machine. We called the police and they listened to the message but said there was nothing they could do. He took a police report. I am going to report them to the FBI and Dept. of Homeland Security. Plus all the local news stations and anyone else that will listen. I am not going to let them continue to harass my elderly mother. Caller ID is CB KINGSTON and the number is 867-295-4919.

Jamaican caller looking for w-a-l-t-e-r (yes, they spelled it out - twice!!!).  They call at least 7 times each week, always from a different phone number.  Caller ID always states Jamaica (876 area code is Jamaica).  Usuallu some bull about winning a lottery.
