received an email from a lady (jenny mcneil) claming to know me said that we went to school together. i have no recollection of any such friend. she called my cell and office but i was too busy to answer.

Some lady claiming to be looking for me due to some type of fraudulent activity that was pending litigation and would be filed with the courts and I needed to call her back before they serve me with legal papers and that they had filed them against me in court. This number generates out of Washington, but she claimed to be at the Montgomery County Court House in Ohio. I checked the courts website and there was nothing filed against me. This is a scam do not fall for it.

Kimberly Carter called from the headquarters of federal processing.  Said there was a very serious implication of pending fraud that had  been placed with this office.  It was referencing questionable activity on the internet.  They need to speak to me as soon as possible.  They even made up a case number with my states abbreviation at the end.  They also knew my name.  Not hard when you can look almost anyone up on the internet any more.  I feel bad for people who fall for this.  I hope these scandalous people are caught and prosecuted!

Said he wanted to hear from me before they proceed with paperwork and litigation

Caller new my name, left vpice mail, said "I'm mr. Gilmore, we have received a formal complaint in our office I would like to hear from to verify your intentions in this matter, I need hear from you personally."
