It is a telemarketing company.

Same story here as everyone else. Caller ID says NA. We never answer either but I am definitely going to answer the next time and leave the phone by Cookie, my dog. She barks whenever the phone rings and doesn't quit until I put her outside. Let the solicitors enjoy the mellow tones of a german shephard!!

202-315-5380 5381 5378 etc, etc, caller ID NA.  They call within the same time frame each evening and never leave a message. They are indeed Share Group, begging for Public Television.  I agree with the lady who says to answer the phone saying 'hello', since their auto dialer recognizes voice vs answering manchines, and then just set the phone down.  Let them talk to the air.  Eventually, they will determine that your phone number isn't worth trying.  This passive-aggressive has often worked for me and, at the very least it is somewhat satisfying!

They work in a brown office building on New York Ave NW. They get really spooked when you ask them about that.

They have been calling up to 4 times a day in the last few days.  I finally answered the phone to be happily surprised the friendly, polite, caller was from some voter education group asking me to vote today or wondering if I had already.  She did not ask who I voted for.  My caller ID reads they are Share Group.

Here is a method I have found that seems to work with telemarketing calls:  Usually, telemarketing firms these days use an automated system that will notify a telemarketer when an actual human voice answers the phone.  Somehow, it can tell the difference between an actual person's voice and a voice mail voice.  So, answer the call.  Very briefly and clearly say hello.  Then, when an actual person comes on, either just put the phone down and walk away or put it near your radio or TV with the sound on (I like this approach, personally).  Eventually, they will realize they have reached no one and will hang up.  They will call you back a few times, but eventually they will stop, when enough operators realize they are being scammed.  If you never pick up, they will keep calling and calling until they get through.  The above method is the only one that has worked for me.

Have gotten several calls from 202-315-5380.  No message ever left.  My caller ID shows the name as SHARE GROUP INC.  Have no clue who they are or what they want.  God Bless voicemail and caller ID.

omg these people call 3 times a day, every day.  i dont like hearing the ringing while it goes to vm, so now i just answer and hang up.  can i send death rays through the phone line back to them?

Been getting calls from this number once or twice a week for about a month.  Most recently about 5 minutes ago. Never pick-up, no message.  Scam for sure.

They wont say WHO they are just insist talking to so and so and are evasive about who they are which is a red flag to me. They call ALL the time and never leave a message. Have asked them to stop but keep calling. Used call block but they have several numbers they call from including 5379 to get around it. So tonight when they asked for me I said sadly and loudly: She is deceased dont call again! While the guy stammered apologies I hung up loudly. <shrug>  Drastic maybe but it works.

Same number and they call every day and never leave a message.  Caller ID is Share Group Inc.  Sounds like it could be a telephone survey or maybe calling for donations.

It is a telemarketing company.  they called me on behalf of public television in Connecticut.  Now even the telemarketing has been outsourced, I could hardly understand what the person was saying.
