Just called me again Dec. 1st at 1:58 p.m.   Yesterday Nov, 30 12:59 p.m and again 2:46 p.m.  Day before 4:29 p.m.   Day before that 11:12 a.m. and 3:11 p.m.  You get the idea.  Every day, it's just crazy!

This POS calls EVERY DAY!!!  in addition to the 2192 number, they use 2194 and 2196 in the following sequence:  2196, 2194, 2192, 2196, 2194, 2192, etc.  I have blocked all three numbers, but these bozos have tried every day, 7 days a week (yes, INCLUDING Sundays) for the past month now.  They never get through, but they keep on trying.  My rule of thumb now is that if I do not recognize the number, or if it says (unknown or unavailable or blocked), I let the answering machine pick up.

They call everyday, Sunday no exception. Sometimes I answer it and no one replies. Sunday no exception. So annoying.

Over and over again they call - even on Sunday morning and, no body is there?  just a robo call?
Why or why waste our time. . . We would never deal with them, after all these bothersome calls.

don't even know how long they've been calling! i don't answer the phone if i don't know the number anyway.  got a good tip from someone to Google the number to see who it is, and i see other people are having the same problem.  looks like there is nothing that can be done about it.  seems almost like the "knock and run" games that kids play, lol.  i'm laughing, but i'm quite annoyed.

I got a  call today at 08.30 est, not funny when you pull 16 hour shifts all weekend.

Been getting calls from 202-349-2192. Also, 2194,and 2193. It is the American Lung association. Asked if i would mail a few of their letters to my neighbors. Said no thanks. Then they asked for a contribution. Told them I'm unemployed right now, and they said sorry thanks, and they hung up..

FOR OVER A WEEK OR MORE,  I HAVE RECEIVED, EACH DAY,  A CALL FROM 202 349 2196 - PRIVATE.  THEY LEAVE NO MESSAGE,   VERY ANNOYING.

This number keeps calling us 6 days a week. Very suspicious. my number is on do not call list.

All day everyday. On caller ID. I don't answer but incredibly ANNOYING!

Non-profits such as charities, survey firms, politicians and political organizations, and any company you already do business with are exempt from the Do Not Call List.  I am now getting a ton of calls from the USOC which makes me regret my past contributions to this organization.  I also regret having signed up for the DNC list as I now get MORE calls than when I was not registered.  I am also getting more and more calls from private phone numbers - I think the telemarketers are getting smarter and are hiring individuals to call from their home phones - these people are exempt as well which ticks me off.  They call as early as 8AM and as late as 9:30 PM.  At his point I would consider getting rid of my land line except that you have to leave your phone number with a lot of places/people and I don't want getting these kinds of calls on my cell phone.  I already changed my cell number 2 years ago (after having it for 12 yrs) when I started getting too many of these calls on the cell.  So that is what I use my land line for.  However I find it really annoying that not only so I have to pay for a landline so these a--holes can call me, but I have to pay extra for caller ID.

Same here.....they call almost everyday.  I don't answer and they don't ever leave a message.  They call from 8am to 9pm.  Sick of it!!!

Caller has called twice now.  Every time it calls, it only lets the phone ring 2 times then hangs up.

IF it's a real charity place, then they are allowed to not follow the do not call law.

IF it's a loan company & you've never dealt with them or asked them to call you, it's illegal if you're on the do not call list.

This number ALA 202-349-2192 has been calling my land line for months now.  I normally am not home as Im at work during the day or I just let it ring but a few times I have picked it up its just silent and then a busy signal.  Not sure who this is but yes its getting pretty annoying.  I don't believe its the American Lung Assoc. either as I have done the neighborhood mailing for them in the past and have received calls from them and never have I had them hang up or not say anything when answered.  

the call comes up anonymous . who the heck it that ?  second day in a row.I know it is going to go on & on & on. How do we get them to stop ? If its not them it is somebody else.

get calls from this number, it rings twice and then they hang up. Since it takes two rings for the Caller ID to show up, I don't answer. These calls are annoying.

Just got a call from this number - 8:45 a.m. - 10/5.  Is this from the American Loan Association?  Can't the government stop this nonsense?  What are these people trying to accomplish?

Called three times today!  Never leaves a message.  Annoying as Hell.  Since retiring (after three tours in Afghanistan) I?ve been looking for something to do.  I think I?ll locate these folks ?and end it once and for all.  LOL

Received call previously as ALA  ID now reads Anonymous.  Also calling under 202-349-22196

This number shows up as Anonymous and does not leave a message.

They call every day for last 6 days.  No message left.  In no mood to do any business with them.  I am on the do not call list.

We receive a call every day between 5 pm & 6 pm from this number.  Always from anonymous!  No one on other line when we answer.  Wish they would stop!!!  We have caller ID & most times we do not answer.  Person calling never
leaves a message.

What makes you believe this call is actually a Do Not Call list violation and can be reported?  The fact they called and left no message and their caller ID says "anonymous"?  Neither of those are DNC violations.  Unless the caller is trying to sell you goods or services, the Do Not Call list does not apply to that caller.  In fact, unless they register as a telemarketer selling goods or services to those who are called, they cannot even gain access to the DNC list to avoid calling numbers that are registered there.  The Do Not Call registry was set up to greatly reduce the number of sales calls to those who do not wish to receive them. No other type of nuisance calls were intended to be covered.

About every other day, if not every day, receive phone calls from 202-349-2192.    The name comes up on my caller ID as ANONYMOUS.    Hasn't this number been reported to the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

Theyrrrrrrrre baaaaaack. Called my DNC landline 3 times in as many days. No message left.

These people call several times a week.  We don't pick up and they never leave a message.  Often our answering service gets a silence then click instead.  This AM they called at 8 AM.

I get calls from this # at least once a day, usually in the early afternoon.  The caller never leaves a message.
