Calls daily at least twice and sometimes more.  Annoying!

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO STOP CALLING ME

The Caller lists themselves as a non profit..so they can call you non stop if they want
non profits, debt collectors, and survey can call all they want...
send a letter of protest to the DNC list at the end of the complaint form

I am tired of getting calls from this number

calls early in morning.  answer and we hear hang up--very annoying.  please stop these calls.

The number is for the American Institute for Cancer Research!

I get repeated calls from 202-350-3492 and I do not answer them. They never leave messages but keep calling anyway.

These people (if there are even real people on the other end of the line) call at all hours of the day and night and hang up just when the answering machine kicks in, creating an annoying tone that then ends up on my voice mail .ARGH. Am sure these are robo calls (the "machine"/software doesn't care what time it is) but you'd think that after dialing the same number over many days and weeks and always getting the answering machine, someone would write a program that would delete the number so the calls will stop. This surely can't be doing the caller any good to have so much bad publicity. Annoying now doesn't begin to describe this group.

When you receive unwanted calls, just say, "Just a Minute", then lay the phone down and come back to it after a few minutes and they will have hung up.  Hopefully they will take you off their list.  I have just tried this and hope if I continue to do this that I will receive less and less unwanted calls.

I am receiving multiple calls daily altho mt number is on the dnc list.  They call before 9 am.

The callers aren't doing any Cancer Research. They themselves are the Cancers.

This number calls me often.  Never a message on recorder.
I am on the "no call list" for what damn good that does!!

Says call is from Washington.  We answer, they hang up.  We don't answer, they do not leave a message.

We never answer call from numbers we don't recognize.  If this is the ACIR they are scammers. USA Today had an article on charities and they rated the poorest. I agree while we never answer it's annoying to say the least. Since they Robo call I suspect they will never stop. If you do answer, hang up on them.

Not only rude enough to call our unlisted #, but also too rude to leave a message on the machine.

Getting calls from them once or two times daily.  We don't answer the phone when we see it is from AIRC.  When will they give up?  This has been going on for several weeks.  I have previously sent out letters requesting donations, but don't get much response.  So I will not do it again....  I am a survivor...and donate to  the organizations that support research in the type of cancer I had.  How long before they get the message that we won't answer the phone.  They don't even have the courtesy of leaving a message.

Someone from this number constantly calling our home. Sometimes several times a day.  They do not leave a message and no one answers if we pick up on the call.  Very annoying.

Please stop unwanted calls.

Repeated calls to my landline without leaving a message

The number of the day is 202-350-3492. Unfortunately, the world didn't end today as predicted by pseudo Mayan experts and the telephone harassment continues. Same old AICR caller ID.

Constant calls from these morons. 202-350-3492 on Monday at 3:30, 202-688-0627 at 8:00 am yesterday and 202-688-0811 at 8:00 am today.  Caller ID lists them as AICR. No messages left. Just another scam that we're stuck with.

When you answer the phone, its like they hang up and pick back up, this goes on till you get a dial tone. I wish I could call them back and do the same a few hundred times in a min. or two. blow there phone lines out of the wall.

Same here as the rest of posts. If this is the AICR most of any money they receive doesn't go to cancer research. I looked it up once. These idiots don't give up. We never answer number we don't recognize. Sometimes we will answer then hang right up. I also suspect since  they never leave a message these are Robo-calls. I'd love to do away with the phone but like everybody else can't. I'm not sure how the hell the government can stop these jerks.

I've just decided to make reporting these Jack A's to FTC each and every day a full time job!!...It is time consuming but I guess FTC and FCC need a pattern to look at before they go after these A's...

The calls from this number are from the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR). I have received harassing calls from these people using eight (8) different telephone exchanges (all within are code 202). I won't make a donation to them because of these relentless harassing phone calls. In any event I finally resorted to a "ring blocker" to prevent being harassed by these folks.
