This is a collection call...some how they got my boyfriends number and have been calling him and discussing my personal credit info with him.  He is not even on the credit card that is in colections.  When I confronted them they yelled at me and called me every name in the book then hung up on me

I had several calls from them at the morning time.
They just bother people with their phone calls. No conversations, no messages.

They keep calling as early as 7:45am and leave no messages every times....

I have found out that the personel manager's name is caroline barret her ext. is 6645 I am calling later today to file a complaint about harassment from an employee named courtney. I hope this will help some of you to call and bug I C Systems for a change.

This is IC Systems, a bottom-feeding collection agency where the callers can't find a job anywhere else.  IQ hiring requirements are in the 20-30 range and the idiots calling are usually the offspring of mosquitoes and lamprey eels.

202-367-9236 is a bill collecting company called  IC System they sometimes use this number 866-913-5377 as well...

Receiving multiple calls from this number all times of day and evening. They leave no message. I called it and woman answered. I asked what type of business this was and she said they "handle all sorts of business"? She said she had a return call(?) for a (woman's name,forgot already). I told her I didn't know her and to remove me from calling list. We'll see.

I've been receiving calls from this number numerous times since I got my phone. Sometimes the number would be blocked and sometimes it would be a random number. But this time, I caught the number and I looked it up. They kept asking for a "Connie Cruz" and I kept telling them I don't know whot hat person is. Still, I continue to receive calls! It's harassing and very annoying!

My boyfriend called them to take me off their calling list. We'll see if this works.

I have the same cell phone number since 1999, and I've started to receive collection calls for a "Jacquelyn" somebody.  I've requested that they remove my number from their system... we'll see.
