I received a  cal from  Tiffany Watson - big scam !  Stop this !

I am an elderly person who received a call from a William Rowe claiming to work for teh Federal Trade commission regarding a large sum of money I supposedly won.  I was scammed last year out of my life savings and more and now live with my family due to they continue to contact me.
