I got a call from 202 470 0540.  My wife picked it up and there was no response.  I called it back and a recording said: "You've reached the Offices of Madiga Jane..."

WELL  I PICKED up the phone and they responded saying the full name of my grandpa i was at his house then i hanged up cuz it sounded like a kid talking called back a minute later and they did not respond

The weird part of the case was that it was not from NY it was from Washington Dc

I got a call from (202) 470-0540 and a young woman said Hello in Russian. I said Hello too and she hang up. Period.

It's not a kid.
It's a Russian speaking young woman.

ID says washington DC..FAKED............ Im going to unplug my phones...Tired of the BS

Phone number keeos harrasing me. It is very anoying

This number has called me 5 times in last seven days, leaves no message. Caller ID=Out of Area. I called back and phone just keep ringing.
