+66 17480240 - This is skype number. These guys are scamsters. Block this number immediately.

I also received a call from 202-470-6711. I gave them my credit card information, but thank goodness I am working pay check to pay check. I think that I would have done this otherwise. I hope I have not given too much info out. These people need to be stopped!

I just got a call from +66 17480240 about a Subscription I "supposedly made" in the amount of $150. Having an IQ over 140 helps, I was smart enough to know what I have and have not subscribed to my entire life as well as anything else to be purchased, donated and anything Financially done. Plus they called me asking if my name is Ophi and asked if the # they called was correct (They listed off my cell #...which is visible and public because of my business website). First of all, my business is listed/named as "Ophi's Pagan Consulting Firm", main name of Ophi, is NOT my real/American/Government Name, and I would never USE it to make a purchase or to subscribe from something. I use an ONLINE/Pen Name for my Business to protect myself from these type of scams. Plus, Ophi Ophiuchus is my chosen Pagan Name. LEGALLY it is NOT on any Debit/Credit cards in which I can use to make purchases with anyway. So, technically their own scam is on them Byahahahahaha. If you really want to think about, in a way, I scammed them by using a FAKE name online in place of my Real Name hahahaha.

I recieved a call stating they were calling from a goverment agency. They said I was randomly selected to recieve a goverment grant of 9,200 for never having any bankrupsies or any type of criminal record. When I asked for a website the lady acted as if she was appaled that I asked for it. I advised the woman that she was pulling a scam and hung up immediatly. first number they called from was 206-319-4400 was aked to call a jennifer watson at 202-470-6711 "she" answered but said she would call back in 5 mins. They called back from +66 17480240 and said she all i had to da was pay  a one time charge of $151.00 and she would sit and wait on the phone until everything cleared...... :l

Same thing and I fell for it I should have known better, tried to call on another phone they awnser asked for money back and got hung up on. Tried reverse trace but no name or address so called thier phone provider and all I got was call the police, which they don't do. Does anybody know if they ever got their money back.

Got a call from 12037569834 there was a a man with a deep, deep accent. He said that I was awarded a grant from the government because I had no bankruptcy and I pay my bills on time. The award is a total of $9,200 after I complied with this request I started asking questions, he directed me to http://www.usagovernmentgrants.org/Government_Grants.html  I told him I need a password he got agitated. He gave me a grant# _ _ _ _ and told me to call Jennifer Watson at 202-470-6711. I called and she verified my name and told me to call her back in 5 min after she pull my file. I am having desperate financial issues so I welcomed this so called gift.  

This is a scam on elevated proportions.

I too got a call telling me to call this 202-470-6711 and speak to a Jennifer Watson and provide her witha confirmation number in order to get $7000 loaded onto my visa card.  I was also given security code 146.  Now I called the number as it was too easy to pass up free money that was supposedly tied to governement grants.  She answered the phone and asked me to call back in 10 min.  We shall see where this leads.

My parents called me to tell me that they were getting a grant from the US Government in the amount of $7000.00. All they had to do was send $160, not sure the method but my dad mentioned Western Union. They gave him a confirmation # and the phone number 202-470-6711. He was to provide the conf # when calling this number. He said the man spoke broken English. But the person who answered his called at the 202 # was American and answered the phone saying US Treasury.
Thank goodness my parents called me, they are not up to speed on scams like this and was ready to give them the info the people were asking for.

I got the same call only they wanted 140.00. When I said they could take the 140 from the 7000 the said no they couldn't I told them I was calling the secret service and that is what I did.

I have received a call from 2037569834 a Jason, telling me the government awarded me 7,000. Jason needed my routing and account # to wire the funds too. He provided me with a lady Jennifer Watson to call to get the money wired to my account in 45 mins., she advised me that I would have to send $160 western union to a charity that the government provided a list of. I was on my peas in q's and started asking a lot of questions, she became mad at me for asking things. I ask why the 4 couldnt come otu of the funds I was receiving, she was so mad. I started to pull up scam prolblems with the phone # I listed above and I let them know what I recovered, of course she was mad and hung up. Please be aware of the names and numbers and good luck!!!!!!
