This place is a scam! The owner is a scam! Look at ripoff reports some grant company his name is on it too. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! Report them

About a month ago, I ordered some clothes for a relative who is plus size. Since that time, I've been getting catalogs for plus sizes and phone calls for weight loss products. Legitimate businesses do not continue calling after being told to stop so I'm sure its a scam.

Like the others reported, it's a recorded robocall looking for people wanting to lose 50 pounds or more. The easiest way for us ALL to lose more than 50 pounds would be if we could lose the loser who makes these obnoxious and illegal calls!

I sure wish you'd develop a little politeness and learn to use your caps lock key so you won't be yelling at everyone here trying to make our way through this telemarketing mess. Thanks in advance.

THEY WANT HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT-- I'M BULIMIC--- WHERES OUR GOVERNMENT? BENZAZI?

The Company is "American Health and Wellness Academy" (http://americanhealthandwellnessacademy.com/) They are a company out of Las Vegas (1055 E Tropicana Ave Suite 725, Las Vegas, NV 89119). It's run by a guy named MICHAEL JONES. All the info on the company is public (http://www.bizapedia.com/nv/AMERICAN-HEALTH-AND-WELLNESS-ACADEMY.html). If you don't like it you can complain to the FCC (http://www.fcc.gov/complaints).

Got a guy named Will from American Health.

They called, I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Caller asked for my wife.  When I asked to take a message, he said he would get to her later and hung up.

Called our Chapel business line, pre-recorded message asking about losing 50 pounds... why are you calling a business?!?! SO TIRED OF THESE CALLS!

Press 1 to talk to a rep... press 2 to keep getting these stupid calls

Got call from this number at 1:45pm  4/28/2014. Pushed hang up icon and googled number.

I've had 3 calls about losing 50 lbs.  I did not press 1 or 2.  Just hung up.  Today, another call.  I pressed No.1 and some fellow asked if I wanted to talk to someone about the weight loss plan or to have my name removed from their calling list.  I said I was calling to get the name of the company as I was on the "Do Not Call List" and wished to report it.  He immediately hung up.  Do you think they will call again?

Male scammer asking you if you want to lose 50 pounds press 1.  If you want to remove your name, press 2.  DO NOT PRESS ANY NUMBERS and he will hang up.

This number called this afternoon. Caller ID said "Dist of Columbi" -- probably ran out of characters. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Somebody on another site said they were looking for people who wanted to lose 50 lbs.

I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER. AT 4:24 PM ON THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2014 MY HOME LANDLINE TLEPHONE RANG.  MY CALLER ID IDENTIFIED THE CALLER AS "DIST OF COLUMBI."  I ASSUME THAT'S A COVER UP PHONEY NAME FOR DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.  I RECOGNIZED THE CALLING NUMBER AS AN ILLEGAL SCAM OPERATION.  CONSEQUENTLY, I ANSWERED THE PHONE BY STATING: "GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ILLEGAL SCAM ATTEMPT CALLER."
SILENCE PREVAILED SO I HUNG UP THE PHONE.  THE CALLER IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER AS  WELL AS OPERATING AN OBVIOUS ILLEGAL SCAM OF SOME TYPE BUT GOT CONFUSED BY MY RESPONSE.

Caller I.D. said Washington,DC...but nobody left a message! Gotta be a telemarketer scammer!
