got a message with Indian accent too named Robin...Played to listen to phone # but could not get..Looked caller ID and got this phone # 202-534-3935...Why are there scammers everywhere...Stop calling to scare people off...

Received three calls so far once every day for the past three days. Two of the callers had distinct Indian accent while the other caller had an accent of an American (person born here or having had some education here). Checked on IRS website where it was clearly mentioned that they do not make telephone calls for 'Audit Fraud'. You get a formal letter in mail and if you still suspect foul play you can call the IRS @ 800-829-1040 to confirm the genuinity of the letter. Visit IRS web site for more information.

Caller's accent was so thick I couldn't understand his b***s***.

Caller had thick accent and claimed to be IRS filing fraud charges and asked for me to fulfill payment over the phone or threatened to send charges to local police.

caller left message with accent that i can't understand .
