Hey I just got that same call right now

I hope someone reads these and acts on this.  Same story, someone calls saying they are from the US Government and that I have won a Pell Grant in the amount of $7,000.  I inform them that I have an advanced degree and have no intentions of going back to school.  I asked twice while on the phone that they remove me from their call list.  He hung up without a word. This was on 5/6/14.  Since this conversation the calls have increased 10 fold from a "NO ID" and from the 202-545-2312 that shows Washington DC.  Last call being at 402pm on 5/8/14.  Foreign accent every time.  The last time I received these ongoing calls (2 weeks ago then a break for 2 weeks) I informed the caller that I knew this was a scam, and told them they needed to work on it because this is NOT how the US Govt handles educational Pell Grants.  They hung up the phone.  THEY STILL CALL.  Any suggestions on how to stop this?

Caller said he was from the US education Dept in Washington and that I had been approved for a Govt Pell Grant.  I informed him that I have completed an advanced education and had no plans to go back to school.  I asked very nicely to please be removed from the call list TWICE.  He just hung up.  That was on 5/6/14.  Since that time I have received over a dozen "no id" calls and 4 from this same number listed.  Last time being at 4:02pm today.  I have been getting these calls as early at 6am and as late at 1030pm.  

I just got a call from this number as well.  I was told that I had won a grant from "the government".  When I told them that what they were doing was against the law, they hung up on me.  The woman did not speak english very well.  My caller ID showed the following: V05090453080013.

I got a threatening call from a man and when hung up I gou got a call a few mins later from a woman.

I got the the call it asked my name new it and a guy said hey Jen F... you and hung up a few mins later a woman called..

I was told I won a grant from the Govt.  I asked what dept of the govt and was told the Grand Dept so I said there's no such thing.  I asked for  a number to call them back and that ALWAYS throws them off - he started cursing at me using the F word and said he would kick my a**.  He sounded foreign.

I got a call from this number and guy with an accent (russian?) asked "Is this ____?" I said yes (DOH!!).  He then hung up.

No english speaking tele-marketers, do not answer!!

I got a call from that number, some guy with an accent that could barely say my name, telling me I was selected for a $7,000 grant?
Sounded sketch, so I hung up on him.

No message left!

(202) 545-2312 callede tonight I did not answer they did not leave a message. When I called the number back I got a recording saying the number is no longer in service.

call from this number went to VM but left no message; if you do not want to leave me a message so I can call you back then please do not call me.

Let's hope you find a publisher. You could try vanity publishing, & just print it yourself.
