Despite the language in your post, you caught these lying filth in their scamming lies!

? No Sweepstakes, Contest or Lottery ever asks for any such 'processing fee' (read that upfront/advance fee). Anyone who does is involved in advance fee fraud!!!
? PCH doesn't call, email or text anyone about any winning! For anyone who happens to read these posts, ever hear of the PCH Prize Patrol? That's how they notify anyone of any PCH winnings.

http://info.pch.com/consumer-information/fraud-protection

"? PCH does NOT send e-mails requesting personal banking or financial information in connection with a prize. If you receive an e-mail seeking your bank account, checking account, social security number or other financial information, BEWARE.

?If you are contacted about winning a prize but are required to buy something, pay a fee, tax or processing cost, STOP. You have not heard from a legitimate sweepstakes and it?s certainly not from the ?real? Publishers Clearing House!"

"1. PCH Doesn't Email or Call Its Big Winners
If you receive an email, a telephone call, or a bulk mail letter saying that you've won a big prize from PCH, it's a scam. According to thePCH website: "All PCH prizes of $500 or greater are awarded by either certified or express letter or in person by our famous Prize Patrol at our option." You will never, ever receive a bulk mailing or a phone call to let you know you're a big winner. These contact methods are used by scammers, however.

2. You Never Have to Pay to Receive a Legitimate PCH Win
Scammers extort money from you in exchange for a promise of a prize that never materializes. The truth is you never, ever have to pay to receive a sweepstakes prize, from Publishers Clearing House or any other company."

http://www.419scam.org/emails/2012-07/24/00295367.93.htm

"1. They don't notify winners by email.
2. You can't win without first buying a lottery ticket.
3. They don't randomly select email addresses to award prizes to.
4. They don't use free email accounts (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc) to communicate with you.
5. They don't tell you to call a mobile phone number.
6. They don't tell you to keep your winnings secret.
7. They will never ask a winner to pay any fees to receive a prize!"

Basically the same applies to Sweepstakes and Contests too! Also apply at least a little common sense, folks! If you never entered you can't win and if it sounds too good to be true ... it isn't true!!! In other words it's a scam!!!
