I answered the phone and they asked for "KristA" very loudly. I said there was no one named Krista at this number and they hung up (my name is Kristen LOL)

I received a call asking me if I voted for Obama and if I'm racist, obviously since I voted for him for his first term. Maybe I should have asked why are you harassing me!

I had the exact same call four times now. its not even from the US. Its scam. Just tell them that you have reported them to the US Attorneys office. They buy phone numbers from all sorts of resources. Its just low life scum. Good thing you are smart enough not to fall for it.

They said they were from the United States Justice Department and they were filing charges against me for a payday loan, and told me that I owed all this money. Thing is I never took a payday loan. But they talking about I am going to have to go to court and pay out all this money. They couldn't even give me the company that was suing me name. Well the attorney general told me it was most likely a scam so just ignore them.

They called me saying that I owed some online payday loan company 589.95 and that they were filing charges against me on monday and I should be served court papers by wednesday. And when I go to court I will owe the company 5000 dollars and something. He couldn't give me a legit company name or nothing. So I contacted the Attorney General here in north carolina and they said it was most likely a scam.

I just received a call from this number. They knew my name. And asked me if i was a bi***. I told them yes i am and about to show them a bigger one if they don't stop calling me and if they didn't hang up the phone right then i was going to call the law and press charges for harassment. They hung up pretty quickly then.
