Another call............no message!!!!!!

Caller ID just shows the number.  No message was left.  The area code is a Washington, DC code.  That's about all I know.

I also suggest all of us who hate this intrusion, to keep a loud, high pitched whistle handy and blow loudly into it when they call. Also, don't hang up Put the phone down and forget about it for a few minutes to waste their time without talking to them. Hang up after they do to maximize wasting their time. If enough of us do this, we make their scam less profitable.

So why should I have to contact each and every one of these privacy intruders to get my name removed. Do not call list is a joke. I see little evidence of any meaningful enforcement. Also political scumbags and so-called surveys are wrongfully exempt from Do Not Call. Our politicians don't care about this. My personal response is to absolutely never purchase any goods or services from callers selling something. Also if I am undecided about which candidate to vote for, I will certainly vote against the candidate who calls me the most, although I wish i could vote against both politicians when they both call, which is what usually happens, since neither one really cares about my privacy. As for the so-called surveys, most are disguised sales pitches. I will never purchase those companies' products and will actually be more likely to purchase from competitors who have not similarly invaded my phone. If more of us would respond this way, these calls would go away on their own. Alas this won't happen in today's spineless society.

I keep getting calls from this number.

"it unfolds badly for you" probably they're talking about the degradation of the environment.  Just got removed from the call list - easy call!

I just received another call from this number,which I did not answer.This time the answering machine picked up,and someone asked for me by name?!

Just got a call from this number, they ask for Betty, I told them she was not here and did not know when she would return...they said thank you and hung up...

The person calling left a message. He claimed to be some kind of law enforcement person and said that if we didn't call back, "Watch as this unfolds badly for you."

I do not have any idea what that is supposed to mean, but I do know that I haven't done anything that should make law enforcement feel like they need to contact me.

I just received another call from this number which I did not recognize or answer......no one left a message. Caller I D shows out of area.
