I got a call today but did not pick up because it said DC and I did not know the number. I am on the do not call list so I guess it doesn't work. If they call again I will block it on my cell.

Told me they were calling to get my interest rate lowered on my credit card (what bank does that???). I asked which one, he said my VISA. Again I asked, which one. He said my Capital One Bank of America credit card. Scammers at least have the decency to know that no such card exists. I asked him to verify that he's really calling from my bank and he hung up.

Four years ago, my identity was stolen by this same group of scammers. NEVER answer a call if you don't know who it is. They need little more than your phone number & name to connect the dots & take money directly from your bank account.

Just got a call on my cell phone from this number.  I did not answer and the caller did not leave a message.  Since I didn't recognize the number, I decided to look it up on Google, which led me here.  Misery loves company and soooo glad I did not pick up the phone!  I cannot think of much else that I hate more than these stupid telemarketing calls.  

Just received a call from this number. Supposedly a credit card account. Didn't specify which card and I sure as heck didn't press  "1" to speak to a live operator. I'm sure they are scammers/phishers. Proceeding to block the number so I won't be bothered again!

Hate these people. Every damn day. Haven't answered in over a year. Every freaking day. Now when I get important calls from numbers I don't have saved in my phone, I miss them, because I'm always assuming it's these a***oles. This has got to stop.

THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM. THEY CALLED MY CELL # AND SAID I HAD A LOAN. I DO NOT.

Just got a call from this number.  Beeped twice and disconnected.  If they are using predictive dialer it is possibly hanging up because all their operators are busy and the machine doesn't have anyone to connect you to.

NSA is everywhere but their HQ s in MD.  not DC.

Caller ID said Washington DC. Did not leave message. Do Not Call List is a JOKE!

Answered call,a computer voice calling itself Heather said they were from Card Services.  Hold on to talk to a representative.

When I spoke to a representative, they would not answer what Card they were from and proceeded to tell me that I had over 7500 in CC debt (I don't) and they can bring down my interest rate to 6.9%.

When I said that I don't have that balance they hung up on me.

I am on the do not call list.

Got call, all I heard was a beep, then it hung up.
