I have received repeated calls over the past year and a half from 320-052-997 (some other non-ligit numbers have been as short as three numbers. ex: 997. but always the same barely english speaking company) I have received calls as early as 7am and as late as 10:30pm!  They are trying to reach a Justin Kemp. That person apparently use to own my phone number because I have received other calls from legitamite debt collectors for this Justin guy who have accepted the fact that he does not own my phone number anymore and don't harrass me.
I have tried several times to demand that they disclose the "companys" name and mailing address so that I can send a certified letter telling the company that there is no Justin Kemp connected with my phone number and demand they stop calling me.
Today I finally got the name Financial Crime Division from the person who called me this morning but he still refused to give me a mailing address AND argued with me that they are not harrassing me. That they have my phone number on file as Justin Kemps phone number, and he needs to talk to Justin Kemp blah blah blah. I DONT KNOW ANYONE BY THAT NAME!! I have owned this phone number for almost two years now- this is rediculous!
The end result of my conversation with this company today is that a Supervisor is supposedly going to be calling me, but I highly doubt that will happen.
And no- it's not as easy as "changing my phone number"- that's a huge pain, and I shouldn't have to do it.
If anyone else is receiving phone calls from this 320-052-997 number and has better luck getting a company name and mailing address PLEASE let me know.

hey brendan kindly for information . i got a call from same no. and when i ignored them they have forwarded my account in court and i had to pay a huge ammount inside the court to resolve that law-suit . so first confirm all the thing with them regarding your account if they are correct then settle it outside the court . thanks.

One more thing that I forgot to mention is that the phone number on the caller ID was: (320) 052-997
It was an incomplete number.

This person has called me multiple times and left a voice message that is very hard to understand. When I finally did receive a good voice message I called the number and a person with a very heavy accent picked up. In the background I could hear dogs barking. The person stated that he was from some banking regulation and that I was being charged for crimes that I did not commit. He stated in order to clear myself of these crimes he would need my SSN. I knew it was a fake and a scam. I asked for his address and he only told me that he worked in Washington District 1. When I asked him again he hung up on me. This number has been reported to the FCC and FTC. Be wary of this type of callers.
