Called twice while I was out, 9/8/2013 at 12:19 and 2:00 PM.

Called this number back to see who it was and got a "this number has been disconnected" message.

I recieved a call from this number, I let my answering machine pick up, the mans voice on the other calles my name as though he knows me. I do not recognize the voice or the number. I do not know anyone who would be calling from Washington DC. I called the number back and got a disconect recording. This is very strange.  
Whoever this joker is can quit calling.

Probably those f_ckers offering to reduce your CC interest rates with robo dialer not connecting to the solicitor.

I get calls from this number at least once a day. I don't answer and they never leave a message.

someone  keeps calling me from 2028705004 and every time i answer they do not respond.  did call it back and left a message as that is all that picks up is an answering machine.  the deal awhile back in regards to call an 800 number to  put your number on a list of do not call i think is just a joke seems as though i get the same if not more calls like this,.  wouldn't waste your time.

A solicitor for the new Obama Socialist party keeps calling asking for donations.    I told them I did not believe in socialism, but they insisted in asking for donations so that they could spread the wealth.

Received a call from 202-870-5004 , left no voice mail has called before!

My caller ID says it is from District of Columbia.  I called it and the meesage says to please leave your phone number and message......then I hung up.
