I got a text from 202-957-3071 as well. Dunno if it's a scam or not, better safe than sorry.

got a text saying I won a $1,000 gift card to Walmart. Wondering if this is a scam. After reading all the numbers with the 202 area code, it's highly unlikly that I won anything.
