I was just called by this number today 23/5/14 and yes it is xlibris publishing. I made an enquiry about e-publishing. First it came up as a blocked number, then the +20 301 44 095 and then another blocked call. I am in Sydney Australia.

this company has callied me a lot over the years apparently ithe call gets followed up by an email and its a company called xlibris publishing

This is the numbe for Xlibris I think. They are publishers, but they make most of their money fro writers. So if you want to spend money to get your book published, please pick up the phone!
