Yes you can block them. On your cell phone go to recent calls. press the icon that looks like a circle with the explanation mark in it. Scroll down to bottom and press block this number. If you use your cable provider for your land line check with them. They usually have a way to block numbers

these people call me at least twice a day. when i answer they hang up and they never leave a message. i looked it up and spokeo.com said it was a telemarketer from new haven.. i honestly don't care just stop wasting my time!

Woman identified herself as Barbara. She knew my name. And then hung up saying she didn't like my attitude. I called back to complain but number was busy.

And when you call the number back it just rings and then disconnects you. Figured since it was a local exchange I'd try calling it back to find out who it is.

This number called several times and hangs up when I answered. They never leave a message. Then they called again recently, and no message. Stop calling or leave a message.

this person called my cell phone at least twice. once at ten a.m. and then at seven p.m.
what the heck???? what IS this?? why do people call other people that they do not know??? i wonder if they know we have caller ID??? anyway it sort of bothers me cause i had a different caller who called me at lest FIVE times. I mean really people!!!! STOP CALLING or at least leave a message.
