its a mass mailing telemarketer ..on contract for who ever has commisioned them .

No message left on answering machine

(203) 643-9122 called, rang twice. When I answered they hung up.

They called, no one there when I picked up.

Called, no voice mail.  Annoying.

Had this number on my caller ID with no msg on machine.  called back and just rang....on reverse lookup, intellius charged for a name, but no name on report-only "branfordct"

Got phone calls from this number twice this week, the first time, 1/11 at 4:36 p.m., left no message on voicemail; the second time, 1/15 at 6:34, a young man said hello but hung up

Just got a call from this number. The caller had a foreign accent, perhaps Indian, and seemed to be asking for Mr Micheulus. When I asked thenm to repeat the name the response was unintelligable. I suggest that they must have the wrong number and they hung up. Seems like telemarking to me.

this is apparently a telemarketing call for a company called MLD Energy (may have that wrong since 'John' has a heavy asian accent).  he offered to cut my energy bills.  i googled the company, but nothing showed up for the CT area.

Company claiming to represent MLDEnergy from Danbury, CT called me for cheaper electric energy services than what I now have. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Nick Taylor, which raised an eyebrow fore me seeing this guy had either an asian or India accent. The call sounded long distance like from India as I heard many background voices which is typical when someone from that country calls.

Yes, I have answered several calls where a person with an accent offered a 20% savings on electrical bills. They needed the customer reference number from my bill. Sounded fishy to me.

Caller said he could save me money on the generation portion of my electric bill. He mentioned CL&P, but my electricity is delivered by UI.
Asked him why he was calling as I am on the DNC list. Said it was a mistake and I would not be called again. Caller id was "unavailable", not a good way to get any cooperation from me. If it is a legitimate business and they don't display their name, they are not going to get very many to answer their calls. If it's a scam, come on at least get creative with a name on the caller id.

My mother got a call from this number, and the person claimed to be affiliated with United Illuminating, and asked for information from her bill.  She declined.
